Worst ride ever! Party of 4 going from Josephburg to River Cree. Squeezed into a small, dirty van. Two of us were crammed in the very back with zero room for legs/feet. Then the driver had no idea where he was going. Not very friendly. There were NO shocks & every bump was excruciating. Arranged for pickup later in the evening. Waited outside but our "reserved" taxi shows up & takes another fare, leaving us waiting another 1/2 hour.

One of the drivers(owner I think) was swerving in between lanes back and forth then moved all the way into my lane and almost hit my car without signaling... i'm debating calling in a drunk driver she was all over the place. I Instead called to make a complaint to the company and the driver answered.. she was extremely rude and just wanted to lip me off instead of let me educate her.. she tried to argue with me that it's not two lanes, When Farnese tests drivers on that road it's two lanes(me and my wife both took the test in town to remove our GDLs and lost points for treating it as a single lane). But this lady tried to say "if there aren't white lines marked on a road it can never be two lanes" LOLL! I wouldn't trust her to get you from A to B and she doesn't deserve our local business.

Absolutely love the drivers! & the dispatch lady is so incredibly lovely every time i call in for a cab. I wouldnt call anyone else! They're always there to pick you up at the time that they say and they are the most polite generous and loving people you could ever meet. & They deffinetly have a way of making you feel like family every time. The wait times are usually very short, unless they are doing fairs for the plants at the moment. Calling to schedule your ride in advance will Ensure you that you will not have a wait time they will be there at the time you request everytime! I cannot explain how amazing this company and its employees truly are!

Be sober. I tried to call ahead quite a few time, and I can understand guys having a few drinks being annoying but these guys, once they’re busy could care less where or when you need a ride. Worst cab experience I’ve personally ever had. They ask if you’ve been drinking (which obviously you have been you need a cab) and they will hold that against you… worst cab experience

I deal with Ashley at Fort Taxi at least once a week to organise collection of a pizza delivery and she is awesome (and super nice!). The taxis are always on time, they call before they arrive at our work so we have someone ready to collect it and they always remember me when I call. Best taxi company I've dealt with in a long time.

We took fort taxi home way out in the country after a night of frivolity in fort sask. The driver was awesome and even let us go through a drive thru on the way home. He was really nice and so was dispatch. I wish we could use them to go to and from Sherwood park when needed as they sure are a lot better than any company we have used in Edmonton or Sherwood park. Thanks for taking such good care of us!!!!

We had a office party this Saturday the 27th. we all got taxi vouchers for us to take fort taxi. At 10:40 I called for a taxi, they said 20 minutes. 40 minutes pass so I called again, they said I was next on the list don’t worry. Two hours after I first called I asked where the taxi was. The lady said that my taxi isn’t coming, one guy went home sick the other was out of town. On a Saturday night they had only two people out. I talked to my boss and he said they let them know about the party before hand. I had to take another taxi home, and had to pay out of pocket. They should have called and at least let me know they weren’t showing up. Not me calling 3 times and finding out he’s not even coming. Worst taxi company ever! Why pay for a voucher when you can’t even use it.

Always in time, very polite and I feel safe even if my teen use fort taxi without me. You always may always manage your time correct to use this service.
