We stayed for 3 nights at The Fortune's Landing Motel while in Enderby for The Provincials Baseball Tournament- Girls 17 & under. It was such an excellent choice. The two people that made it so incredible was Michelle McMillon in the restaurant/ pub and Silas in the check in/pub. Michelle is seriously a super star server. She took care of everyone in her very large section, with a big smile on her face and with speed and accuracy. This venue is so very fortune to have her. Silas was also extremely reactive to anything and everything we needed. Both Super Stars. Such a pleasure to have met them both and experience true blue hospitality that is so very rare today.

I give this place no stars, we rented a room at this location and the room was ok unless u looked under couch. Dirty very dirty and then all night long dripping somewhere in walls or pipes not stopping..so when we checked out we were basically told oh well nothing they can do.. well for one why should I pay full rate when rooms like this.deeply disgusted

Pretty average on the outside, but pleasant staff on the inside, which is huge. The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade, or a rebuild! Nobody wanted to take their shoes off due to the state of the carpet, and the bed coverings have seen better years. Still, the courtyard looks nice, and would be quite pleasant in the summer. The attached restaurant seems has some character and appears clean, but, sadly, I didn't get to try the food.

Stopped in on a long trip for a quick dinner. Slow to get drinks but once the waitress came she was decent. However, the other waitress and front desk lady made our waitress come over while we were eating our appetizers and continued to ID us even though we weren't purchasing any alcoholic beverages or trying to enter the "No minors" section. They said they just wanted to know who we were. This was very awkward and unprofessional and made us feel very patronized and like we were doing something wrong. I fully understand the need to ID someone, being a hotel manager myself, and they were completely in the wrong. Good job making a couple travellers feel so unwelcome and unwanted that we hastily ate, paid and rushed out of there. We definitely would have stayed and had dessert and drinks and possibly even rented a room for the night. I was almost in tears upon leaving and being provided with no explanation on why we were treated that way even after asking multiple times. Everyone eating dinner in there stared at us for the duration of our meal. If there had been a problem with the front desk lady and us, she should have pulled us aside upon entry instead of sending some poor waitress over. Or, a manager should have come and apologized to us and explained the reason behind it. Will never return.

This review is for the restaurant only and it's not very good. A year ago the prices were fair and the food was very good. Now the restaurant is not worth your time or money. It's quite expensive consider the quality of the food and often the service staff are overwhelmed. The drinks are alright (often inconsistent though) but the food has went downhill alot yet the price has skyrocketed. For example it's cost more than$14 for a single omlet that was dry (due to the poor quality eggs) and was way to salty and just plain bad. As a local restaurant they are not worth your time or money and the experience is less than satisfying. Do yourself a favor and go to a better restaurant.

Passable accommodation for a one-night stay while passing through. Room was clean, but old and worn. Could definitely use some updating. Air conditioner was just a small window unit, and wasn't powerful enough to cool the whole room. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Staff were friendly and service was good. The hotel restaurant was surprisingly good.

We've stayed here before but this time around our service was terrible. First of all neither of our room keys worked, and secondly room service comes around terribly early. They expect you in and out within 8 hours of your stay which barely allows for enough time to get a decent sleep let alone time to settle in and wind down from your travels. When I talked to the front desk the woman I spoke with was cold and unpleasant. Told me "most guests are out of here by 7am." Well lady, I am not most guests and I drove several hours to this destination. Some compassion and helpfulness would have been nice. The best part about this whole ordeal was not even our terrible service but the price! They tried to charge nearly double the price I had found when I called ahead. Thankfully the staff we spoke with when we first arrived was kind enough to adjust our fee to what we had originally seen online without any hassle. We will sadly not be returning due to our terrible experience and the feeling of being pushed out the door.
