Personnel tres accueillant et souriant! La piscine et le spa était impeccable. La chambre tres propre et le lit très confortable. Le restaurant sur place nous a personnalisé notre repas pour accommoder les enfants. Nous étions tous ravis !

This is a basic hotel, good for a short stay. The best thing was the very friendly and helpful staff. They do not have room service. The room was clean but basic. There is heated underground parking, but it has a very low doorway so pick-up trucks can't get into it. My SUV fit fine. The location is great because it is really close to the Anthony Henday or you can head south on Sherwood Drive to the Baseline road to head downtown.

This is a clean friendly hotel. Excellent staff. Big rooms with Very comfy beds. Large beautiful restaurant with lounge for a nightcap, or breakfast in the morning. Pool and hot tub available. Underground parking for those cold winter nights. Easy access from the freeway.

my family and i had to check into this hotel very last minute due to a family emergency and the staff was very accommodating! the front desk staff were friendly, sympathetic and extremely helpful. more of our family ended up coming and they made sure we all were near eachother on the same floor.
the rooms were very clean, and the kitchenette was well stocked. the only downside to the rooms was the lack of towels and the doorless shower that left the floor soaking wet, even with a bathmat.
overall we were very impressed and will definitely stay here again when we visit sherwood park.

Both my wife and I ( platinum members ) where beyond happy to stay here for the 1st time. The staff where all amazing and friendly. The entire property is very well maintained. Free Heated underground parking was a really nice surprise. Will be back again.

This hotel #1 priority is the bottom line and will sacrifice customer service at all costs to make more money. Management isn’t there in the evenings and they don’t authorize staff to make basic customer service decisions in their absence. Left my business card for staff to give to management to give me a call then next day to discuss issues. I still haven’t received a call. They lost my business for ever now and I still in the area a lot but they are happy they got my money my last stay.
