stayed in room 118 carpet is disgusting. two beds one had hair on pillowcases the other bed had stains on the sheet>>>to be fair the sheet appeared laundered so could be an old sheet but either way replace or fresh sheets. did not stay overnight was afraid of bed bugs the carpet under the beds were not vacuumed because there were various little pieces of garbage. for the price i wasnt expecting the hilton but all i wanted was somewhere clean to rest overnight. The miserable front desk hag made my visit the absolute WORST hotel/motel stay in my life. I understand that she probably comes in contact with alot of escorts and crackheads but she has ZERO customer service skills and on top of that a very rude attitude towards guests. When i returned to the office to get the wifi password she was yelling at a potential customer that he was wrong to park in front of the window with his truck because it was blocking her from looking outside lol like cmon the ground was covered with snow so if there is a no parking paint marker we could not see it. i asked for the password and do you think she gave me a pre printed card with info or at least write down the info for me noooooo she tells me wat the password is like im gonna memorize it so i ask her to write it down and she tells me "why didnt you write it down when i told you? i dont have all day for this". im sure she has to be one of the owners because shes very inept at her job and she has no manners or respect at all. if they gave u a room for $10 it would still be overpaying just because of the old witch

The hotel is clean but run down. The beds were very firm, hubby liked them whereas I did not. The phone needs replacing, it was all just static. For a kitchenette room with 2 queen beds it was a decent price. The room was clean and smelled nice, there's cable, Wi-Fi, a/c but bring your own shampoo and hair dryer. We showed up in town around 2 am without reservations anywhere so we were happy they were clean and open.

Room has a strong musty smell like a camp. Very dated motel could use a spring clean. But beds and linens were clean and staff was friendly really weren't in our room much more than to sleep as we were in town for a dogshow and family visit so for $70 Canadian for 2 double beds I'd say value speaking it was pretty ok.

We stopped here basically because it was at the end of a long day, we needed to rest and it was the first place with vacancies - hey we soon found out why!||ROOM 102 it stank of damp and stale cigarette smoke.||The air conditioning unit was ancient inefficient and LOUD. Had to get the owner to get it to come on, the reason it was plugged into an extension cable which was suspended behind the fridge supported only by the grip the plug had in it!||The carpet had a large tear (see pic) was badly stained and frayed in many places.||The bathroom is ancient and you have to move about when looking in the mirror to get a bit that actually gives your reflection.||Then we set to go to bed - OH MY WORD! There were hairs on the pillow (pic) and stains on the sheets (pic). We got hold of the owners who came to the room and offered various spurious reasons as to how the hairs came to be on the pillow then (AND THIS REALLY WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE) explained that:-||"Just because the sheets are stained it does not mean that they are dirty" sorry but was beginning to think we had got caught in the Twilight Zone.||||Oh and they have the cheek to say motel and café? There is no café!!!||||The photograph of the place is extremely misleading in fact it bears no resemblance to the actual accommodation what so ever.||||The place should simply be shut down it is a filthy, stinking dump. It simply gives an extremely poor impression of Canada. Thankfully we know from experience this is not a typical example.

got a room for a week there is mold smells like dirty body and the heat is messed up the toilets dont work.. There isn't any soap and when i called to ask when the floors were clean the woman freaked out there are reaches under the bed staples coming out of the stained carpet you look anywhere there is a problem..

A friend and I stayed two nights here recently. The room smelled musty and moldy. Crank to open window would not work. Driveway has potholes and is in worse condition than the Sudbury roads. Woman at front desk looked scraggly and unpresentable for business. I will definitely not stay there again.

At least on the second floor, which apparently they don't usually rent. Missing a blanket, no glasses, poor cable, spotty internet, stained carpet, cigarette holes everywhere. You can definitely do better.

Hotel was cold when I first got there the room didn't really have very much in it no shampoo and conditioner just body soap it was very very very cheap. Can't really go wrong I guess for the price so I guess it was overall okay
