On a été bien accueilli même mes deux chiens.
Le souper et le déjeuner était délicieux. Parfait endroit calme pour récupérer de notre longue randonnée au Cape Chignecto Park.

Fox Point Inn is an absolute gem! The architectural features make it unlike any other stay. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and gracious. Each suite is unique, spacious and comfortable with incredible views and private deck. Our hot breakfast was included and prepared for us by the owner/chef, who greeted us with hot coffee made to order. The location is one in a million, with the spectacular views and great hiking and walking trails very handy. A 2 hour drive from Halifax, with stunning scenery along the way. Plan to make stops along the way!

While staying at Fox Point Inn (FPI) was certainly pleasurable, it didn’t meet our expectations. FPI was very clean and comfortable with friendly hosts and a tasty breakfast. However, the FPI website boasts of an “upper level observation deck with amazing views of the Bay of Fundy.” We were counting on an evening of leisurely watching the bay at sunset but could scarcely see the Bay from the deck with binoculars even though the evening was clear. Instead, it took a 10-minute walk from FPI to really see the Bay at sunset. Walking was fine – just not what we expected based on the website. We had also pre-arranged by email to have a dinner at the Inn with “a Maritime flair.” We were hoping for something like lobster bisque, maple roasted meat or vegetable, and blueberry dessert. A week before we arrived, we checked back to find that our two choices were roasted chicken or Mediterranean pork. As it was too late to make other arrangements, we chose the chicken. It was really good, crispy outside and juicy inside – just not what we considered a Maritime entrée. We enjoyed talking with the hosts and exploring the area, but, as comfortable as it was, FPI did not measure up to its promises.

Very beautiful room and view of the bay in the distance. The hosts were incredibly nice and we loved meeting them and learning more about the area. It is a really nice walk to the beach. Highly recommend the Fox Point Inn. One cannot really walk anywhere nearby so be prepared to drive to Parrsboro where there are just a couple of options for meals, but it's an interesting little town. We had dinner one night in the other direction at a really phenomenal place, Wild Caraway.

We'd give this spot 6+ stars.
We loved this cozy home-away-from home. Joann and Scott were gracious and helpful. They are doing a very classy upgrade. The room and grounds were very comfortable. We stayed in the main floor room and had a kitchen of our own. Thank you Joanne and Scott!

Lovely quiet guest house with super kind hosts! Very handy for anything in the Geopark, extremely comfortable room, nice breakfast with good coffee. You can walk down the road for about 500 m to reach a lovely beach - on a good gay you can see across the Bay of Fundy - however it was foggy when we were there!

Amazing hospitality! Breakfast was excellent and love the selection. Room was clean, cozy and bed was extremely comfortable! Beautiful property and close to Fox Point Beach. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
