The transit system sucks here. Unnecessarily confusing routes, and busses that straight up don't show up to their stops, or pass their stops several minutes early so the schedule is unpredictable.

It is very confusing why I experienced many times when I was waiting for the bus, the driver of the bus did not stop. Do they realize what this means to the passengers? The next one's in an hour, or pay $20 or more for a cab. Is the driver isn't paying attention or other ridiculous reasons ? Not an isolated incident, I am simply outraged. So, can drivers like this please tell me if I should wave a big flag that says I want to ride this bus you're driving?

Just tried my first bus trip with my children and was pleasantly surprised. The bus was very clean and the new audio cues for stop names were helpful. Most importantly our driver Mark was extremely pleasant and courteous. The kids wanted to go again right after we left the bus stop! Thank you!

I almost never take the bus, but my most recent experience was excellent despite my group's shortcomings.
We got on the wrong bus and ended up on the furthest part of town from where we wanted to go, it was also the very end of the night and the last run for the busses. The bus driver helped us figure out what stop to get off on then told us what bus to get back on so we would end up downtown (where he picked us up). The other bus driver who picked us up seemed to be expecting us, it sounds like the other driver gave him a call to let him know that two helpless idiots were looking to get back downtown hahahaha
And as we are both two genderqueer people, while it was late, we were intoxicated, in a city like Fredericton, it was amazing having service workers go above and beyond to not only help us navigate the system we didn't understand, but also to make us feel safe.

If you need to get anywhere don't expect it from this service. Always an excuse it's never their fault. Today the just skipped a run and one driver sat at the mall for 20 minutes before he clued in to call dispatch. Poorly run service. If you give yourself 4 hours you might just get where you need to be on time

Some of the best men and women I have ever met, let alone clean for.. Sweet, compassionate and with their own unique style.

I still remember the great help I had for a burn and transferred on another bus thanks to another driver.

The roads may suck.. But these drivers kick ass.

The Fredericton transit is a very safe,polite and friendly in more than one way to travel my wife and I use it every day
