We had so many whale sightings during our trip! Some of them were quite playful!
It was a small group with plenty of room in the boat. You can get closer with a smaller boat also.
A local lady at the local grocery store told me that Freeport whale watching tour is her favourite after she tried every single one of the tours in the area.
It’s 10/10 recommended!

Im very happy with this tour ! We saw whales & dolphins, no chasing -- we did very slow approach and it was fantastic. Whales right beside the boat, so exciting seeing them. Boat is just the right size to be full (20 ppl) but still have space to sit and walk around to see. Would definitely tour with the 2 Bradley's and Hank the dog again 🙂

We had a fantastic day on the bay. The weather was perfect 👌! Smooth waters with puffins and gulls bobbing along.
It was mid tide and the wildlife was teeming.
We saw porpoise, dolphin, puffin, cormorant, and of course humpback whales 🐋.
It was a wonderful day with the family on an outing I think we'll all remember for some time. Hopefully a new appreciation for the area and it's wildlife for those that didn't already.
The team operating the vessel were both professional and courteous the length of our tour. We were able to get into a close enough distance as to not harm the young calf that was still learning and get great pictures.

I am so happy I did my research and decided to try Freeport Whale & Seabird Tours for our first whale watching experience. Riley who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful with the all questions I had. The confirmation email was so detailed, it provided locations for restaurants, gas and places to visit. Our guide, Mandy, was so informative and was always happy to answer the group's questions. I absolutely loved how Mandy would answer all the questions loudly enough so everyone on the boat could hear it. I learned more about whales today than I did my whole lifetime. I cannot recommend this tour enough. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

We squeezed in the last two slots one day before the tour and were lucky to see the whales. It's like the best day trip we had ever. The others have said enough about how great the tour and the guide is, so just come and you won't regret it.
For future guests: bring warm cloth. We had an evening tour in late August and really hope we brought wool sweater and gloves.
For the tour organizer, having some hot beverage on broad can make a huge difference, and maybe some binoculars would be even better.

We had an absolutely amazing experience on our whale watching tour. The staff is super friendly, and everything went as expected until we found the whales. We had a close contact hour long experience with two humpback whales that was out of this world. Added to this the staffs knowledge was fantastic. Bucket list experience
