My mother booked a Vancouver to Toronto Train Journey with Fresh Tracks Canada for the May 1, 2025, departure. She was absolutely thrilled with her experience crossing Canada on land - from the majestic Rockies in BC to the glaciers in AB, vast openness of the prairies, and to the beautifully remote Canadian Shield in ON. Jessica Diniz and Greg Arsenault from Fresh Tracks were delightful to work with from the start. They were professional, understanding, courteous, and always positive. This trip was planned with meticulous attention to details, seamless communication, and thoughtful services both on and off the train. Throughout the 11-day trip, every transfer, hotel pick-up, train service, sightseeing tour, and activity was executed to perfection. Staff along the way was easy to work with and brought out positive energy. Particular shoutout to two outstanding tour guides: Sue (Icefields Parkway & Helicopter Tour from Banff to Jasper) and Amar (Best of Toronto Tour by Tripshepherd). This trip is my mother's bucket-list trip - Fresh Tracks delivered beautifully. I am very grateful that Fresh Tracks provided such an incredible experience for my mom and will recommend Fresh Tracks to others in an instant!

Jessica at fresh tracks Canada planned an excellent vacation for us that included via rail prestige trip across Canada. She was also responsive before during and after the vacation to make modifications to our travel plan. She planned a perfect vacation that highlighted the best of Canada. My favorite hotel on this trip was the Fairmont Jasper Lodge. It is a beautiful facility with excellent service throughout the stay.Highly recommend fresh tracks for travel planning.

We've always wanted to take a train trip across Canada, and this 50th Wedding Anniversary trip did not disappoint! The friendly service was top notch, and everything from the gourmet meals in dedicated dining cars to the traveling minstrels was unforgettable. And the scenery! We want to go again and again!

I travelled Vancouver to Halifax by train June/July 24, six weeks. A personal itinerary was planned with stop offs, transfers, specialised tours, meal vouchers everything except air travel. It was brilliant! As a solo traveler I had the reassurance of the Fresh Tracks team when train delays changed arrival times at hotels. My confidence was always high where other people travelling the same route but booked differently were often scrambling to meet deadline arrival times and lost their room. We used Fresh Tracks Canada to plan our honeymoon through the Canadian Rockies, and it was truly the best travel experience we’ve ever had!

From the very first email to the final transfer home, everything was planned down to the smallest detail—perfectly seamless and stress-free. We started in Vancouver, rode the Rocky Mountaineer for two days of breathtaking luxury, stopped in Kamloops, and spent time at beautiful hotels in Lake Louise and Banff.

Fresh Tracks took care of every piece: private transfers, dinner reservations, excursions, and extra little surprises like champagne and sweet treats waiting for us at each hotel. We got to see a grizzly and her cubs, mountain goats, ride horses by the Bow River (our Australian guide was so fun!), and even enjoy a glass of Dom Pérignon popped tableside—something I never thought I’d ever do!

Every step of our trip felt thoughtful and personal. The Rocky Mountaineer service was phenomenal, and it was so special being surrounded by couples who had been together for 50+ years—exactly the kind of romance and magic we dreamed of for our honeymoon.

We cannot recommend Fresh Tracks Canada enough. If you want a once-in-a-lifetime adventure through the Rockies, let them plan it for you. You won’t regret it!
