We absolutely love this place. We wish they would open one in Fergus! The staff is friendly, it's clean, and the fries are the best. Food is reasonably priced. We have been coming here for two years and strongly recommend it. He gets his energy out and I can work, read or join in on the playtime. There's a soft play area for babies and toddlers as well.

My granddaughter celebrated her 6th birthday with friends. Everyone had a great time. Pizza was from Domino's and very good. Ice cream cake was enjoyed by everyone. A little crowded and noisy but I assume this means the kids love it

Funvilla hosted the best kids Birthday Party I have ever done. Diego was amazing. So organized and so professional, but he also knew everything we needed, answered our questions and was just great. I would 100% come back and do a Birthday party here again!

I had my son’s birthday at funvilla yesterday. It was a good experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was worry free as everything is done for you.

The only thing I don’t think that guests should have to pay for children 1 and under. Children aged 2 I can understand.

We celebrated our son’s birthday at Funvilla Guelph, hosting over 20 kids and adults in the party room. Our Funvilla Host, Mal, along with the front desk staff, were exceptional! The party room was clean and well-organized, and the pizza and cake arrived right on schedule. The communication and assistance from the staff were outstanding. I highly recommend Funvilla for an stress-free and enjoyable birthday celebration!

Overall, we had a great time with our daughter (21 months). The toddler area isn’t huge but it’s enough. The only issue I would say would be that older kids have access due which at times made it busier than it needed to be as understandably, they were going full speed and we had to be extra cautious. One change I would suggest is adding a gate or half door to the toddler section as it is currently open and so little ones could walk or crawl out into the busier area with the older children and where the adults gather.

I just wanted to share what a wonderful time we had at Fun Villa tonight! It was a freezing cold Wednesday evening in the middle of the polar vortex, but the quiet atmosphere made it such an enjoyable visit. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was so lovely, warm, friendly, and welcoming. I wish I’d gotten his name to mention him properly!

This wasn’t our first great experience at Fun Villa. My daughter had her birthday party here last June, and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were attentive to all our needs, checking in regularly to make sure everything was perfect. The party was so well organized, with fantastic pizza, a delicious cake, and zero stress for us as parents. Everything ran so smoothly, and the kids had a blast!

Fast forward to tonight my husband, kids, and I came with a group of friends and their children, and once again, the experience was top-notch. There was also a lady working who brought our drinks, and she was so kind and friendly, with a big smile that just made us feel so welcome. The staff here genuinely go above and beyond, and it shows.

One thing I really appreciate about Fun Villa is how clean and well-maintained it is. Many indoor playgrounds can feel chaotic or messy, but Fun Villa is always spotless, and that makes such a difference. My kids had an amazing time running around and playing, and it’s such a relief knowing we have a fun, clean, and friendly place like this in our town.

Thank you to the staff for making tonight (and every visit) such a great experience. Shoutout to the team for all your hard work you’re doing an incredible job!
