In January, I planned to do a vacation for my husband and I. It was so frustrated where I should go and who I should book with through online by myself. I did try to plan my trip but takes forever to decide which company I should go with. This time, I did try a google searching for 5-star rating travel agency. Gala Travel popped up and I read through their customer reviews. So I gave it a try.

The agent I had, Minaz was very friendly and experienced. She gave me a few options for the place I had in my mind. Prices are pretty good and reasonable close to what I found and even a bit better. Gayani was the one handling all the documents and confirming the details of the trip. Both of their work were so efficient and detailed. They confirmed everything through email in a short time. It made the whole process was so easy. The online reviews are correct. They are very good at their work.

A week before my trip close to end of March, I want to check everything was going okay and what procedures I should take for the trip to go smoothly. I found some problems on booking which Westjet didn't show up. I was a kind of panicking. I called to Minaz, she said Gayani will able to help me with the problems. Gayani was very helpful and tried her best to work with me because I was pretty worried if any problems may come up during the trip. Gayani was very efficient with her work, friendly, helpful and responsible. She helped so much and gave me all the information I requested to secure my booking. I also sent an email to the Resort to ask for airport transfer arrangement. They also replied with me the confirmation through email was done. My heart was released especially this was first time.

The whole vacation was lovely and wonderful. Everything arranged as it planned. The Couple Resort Negril was very good, very clean, comfortable bed and have pretty good food. People over there are lovely and friendly. Reviews on google are pretty accurate.

Thank you so much for Minaz and Gayani with your assistance on this trip. I have no hesitate to recommend you and your company to my friend which make planning trips so much easier.

I've worked with another travel agency before but they do not compare to the service I received from FATEMA!!! Fatema is extremely welcoming and friendly. She always has an energetic and positive attitude.

She talked us through a plethora of different options that fit within our priorities. Fatema replies quickly and thoroughly. I will surely being using her for my future travels.

We had an initial booking that had last name spelling error on their end resulting in a ticket cancellation with a local booking office. We booked with another airline next day with the help of Karamath Ali Khan from India office. He held the ticket while we were checking flight deals and timing, and he called us back to follow up next day. We explained him re experience with first booking and he took care of the booking making sure that all information is correct, and offered us few options. Based on first booking and cancellation experience, I would have given lower star rating, but Karamath Ali Khan was very professional and helpful in booking a better flight. So 5 star !!
