I absolutely love going to the movies and I usually go once a month. I even pay for their monthly subscription because it makes sense for me. But recently I have seen how the customer service at this location has gone down terribly. Last Saturday night, I went to see the new Venom movie and when I was ordering snacks before the movie, the girl behind the counter seemed least interested to serve me and her disgust for her workplace was very much visible on her face. She practically threw the food towards me and Also, my biggest issue, THE FOOD QUALITY AND COMMINTMENT TO PROVIDE SAFE FOOD HAS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN in this place. I got food poisoning from having a Nachos and Hot dog combo from this place. And unfortunately this wasn't the first time! Their prices for their items keep going up but the quality of service they are currently providing is at an all time low. I love going to watch movies on the big screen and as this is the only theatre in Sarnia. I probably will go back but I just hope they can get this place out of a rut that they are in right now.

Never buy your food vouchers from the front with your movie tickets .... did this for them to tell us we could only pick from the top row of candy ! I would have just bought something else. This place is Sooo Dam expensive! Just bring your own snacks trust me !!! ?

Some of the seats need to be fixed. Some of the leather is cracking and coming off. Other than that the staff are always very nice. Food is expensive like any other movie theater. They have party rooms if your thinking about a party.

I made a mistake which ended up becoming a whole thing and resulting in us needing to cancel twice, but in the end Kylie and her team were very helpful and understanding so we're leaving happy

Went to see Deadpool this afternoon with my visually impaired grandson. We asked for the descriptive audio box that is used for him to hear what is going on in the movie. When the movie started,it wasn’t descriptive although the ads said it was so my grandson listened to the movie not knowing what was going on.
The whole movie was very blurry with only the people in the foreground being clear. It was very frustrating to watch. When I came home and told my son,he said it was probably a 3D movie and I should have had some special glasses to view the movie. No one gave me anything. Upon checking my ticket,it did say it was a 3D movie. Why didn’t any worker give me special glasses to enjoy the movie
All in all, it was a very unsatisfactory afternoon at the movies and a waste of our money.

Since I arrived in Sarnia I hadn't been to the cinema, it was very good. The place very clean and super well located. I managed to see that they have a promotion on Tuesday's tickets. $8.
