If you are travelling up the west coast of Lake Huron in beautiful Ontario and need a place to lay your head down for the night, I highly recommend this amazing bed and breakfast called Gar-Ham Hall in the quaint little town of Paisley. If you have ever dreamed of owning an early victorian home and can't afford it, this is your chance to at least sleep in one. These very friendly people spent a lot of time and effort into making their ideal home for a B & B. I am truly lost for words to describe it to it's fullest picture for you. The place, amazing...the food , excellent....the room, perfect.....the atmosphere, superb.

We stayed for two nights in July 2015. This is a B&B situated in an old Victorian house. The house has been built circa 1880. Here you really feel yourself in 19-th century. Wonderful old-fashioned furniture, old pictures at walls...||We lived in a luxurious room with a tiny bathroom. There are 3 more rooms more at the top floor, but they share one common bathroom. ||The owners, John and Muriel, are very nice and hospitable persons. Breakfasts were really great.||The place is quite, in 15 minutes driving from Huron lake.||If you stay there do not miss an open cafe Dee-Lish just 100 meters North of the Gar-Ham Hall, at the same side of the street. The ice-cream is delicious there. ||The only drawback: no Wi-Fi. (Perhaps this is a benefit. As a matter of fact you arrive there to relax).

Charming B&B within walking distance of Paisley proper. Hosts Muriel and John are wonderful people. The accommodation was comfy, and the eggs benedict breakfast yummy. Great place to stay if you are in the area either for a romantic getaway for two or a fishing weekend with friends.

My wife and I stayed one night at the Gar-Ham Bed and Breakfast. The place is beautiful and clean, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. We were canoeing on the Saugeen and the Gar-Ham is very conveniently located to the river.
