Two washing machines working for the entire town!!!! One has been broken for MONTHS! Fix your machines. Ridiculous

Well, this gas station and convenience joint in Lake Cowichan has come a long way; it used to be a real dive with terrible service and teens just hanging around like lost souls. But guess what? New staff rolled in like heroes and turned things around.

They're the night owls you need, open past 11 and even on holidays, like Christmas when you're in a real fix. That's a saviour right there. But we have to keep it objective. Their prices are a little steep.

On the bright side, those pepperoni cheese sticks? Absolute fire! So, four stars it is, with hopes they'll drop those costs someday. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just went in for a coffee and the young teenager working was only interested in talking with his buddies then accommodating me with artificial sweetener, as I am a diabetic but they were NOT interested, in helping me. Will not give my business here again! A&W were happy to help!!

The old woman behind counter was completely rude! Deli to go area was empty, was going to ask what was available.....hands on her hips rudely asked "what" Chicken that was there looked undercooked, pizza and wings looked burnt.

Very helpful and friendly service! I highly recommend the cheese stick with sausage. They are so good and I've never had it anywhere else! A good selection of convenient items.

I went to buy smokes today and wondered why LD bold max cigarettes are only $17 at shell and 7-Eleven but for some reason here and anywhere in Lake Cowichan they are over 20 bucks why?

One of the few gas stations in town. Awkward to access. Tend to see groups of teenagers there hanging out with their friend while theyre at work. Could work on their customer service.
