They claimed to give me a discount but we're not telling me the truth when they called no joy on fixing my bike they slated multiple issues and did nothing and even told me my bike had low compression when it did not i went online and replaced the carb for 240 dollars and my bike runs like new. They had it for months and then forced me to fix it myself..... I purchased a compression tester and my compression was at 170 btw. Their write up was a bunch of excuses period. They couldn't get parts the compression was bad so on and soforth from what I can tell they only changed out the fuel and spark plugs and possibly the needles for the carb.

The worst service and the worst customer service I’ve ever had . My diff and other major parts were ordered through them by another close by mechanic which they always do . That place is great BTW. It was supposed to be ordered and a week to get . The other mechanic shop went in 9 days after ordered and asked for the parts . The parts weren’t there and weren’t even ordered . I phoned in myself wondering cause I use my side by side for work needed asap . All they told me it was a human error and there was nothing they could do about it . Therefor I had to rent a machine out of my pocket while we waited another 8 days for my parts to come . I’m a nice guy but the way they acted it was nothing and it was human error, which is the worst error and the way they just blew it off was honestly mind blowing . The incompetence and ignorance of that shop I’ve have never encountered . Would never go back and wont get another penny from myself or anybody I know .

Very disappointed. We brought our son's dirt bike in for repair in May, we were given an estimate. Had to call in July to see if it was done. Picked it up end of July and paid double what they had quoted us as an estimate. Got home and a part that hadn't been broken before we had brought it in was no longer working... brought it back middle of August as we had paid more than we paid for the bike to get it fixed. My husband just received an email today, 8 months LATER saying there was nothing they could do. Absolutely horrible service and a waste of money!

Have tried multiple times to buy parts and get service here, even tried to buy my last sled from them but didn’t. They are closest to where I live and I like to try and support the smaller businesses when I can but the past few times I’ve been in it seems like they just can’t be bothered to deal with you. Especially the service department has been very poor, can’t get you in any decent amount of time and just try to tell you it’s bad gas or to change plugs. Way better service at the next closest Polaris dealer. Will no longer bother trying to do anything here.
