I received a picture from my wife stating that a lamp was broken in the room from an email she received from the manager. I checked the room for anything left behind after the kids got in the car, I noticed a lamp standing in the closet. I simply called the manager to say that it wasn’t broken when I left she decided to argue with me and insisted that we broke it so I said go ahead and charge our visa for the cost of a replacement lamp, but we won’t be coming back again as we’ve stayed multiple times before without issue. She decided to say she won’t charge our visa but we’re banned from the facility which is fine we wouldn’t go back anyway but beware booking with her !!

My family and I just travelled to Corned Brook and stayed at these cabins, as we have done many times. We were advised this afternoon that we left a lamp damaged and were to be charged for same. ||We spoke to the manager, Rebecca Pike, who accused us of being threatening when we advised the lamp was indeed not broken upon our departure, but to charge us for the lamp nonetheless and that we would no longer be availing of the cabins. She then advised she would not charge us for the lamp, but told us we were no longer welcome to stay. When asked how we had been threatening, she advised we had threatened to not stay at her cabins again. ||We both work in the public sector and deal with the public on a daily basis. This was by far the most horrible customer service encountered on our family travels to the west coast.

Beautiful cabins and surprisingly excellent location right off the hwy. Everything you need is located within a minutes walk. Our cabin was clean and had a/c. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night.

We stayed here one night and slept so well. Very clean. Very comfy. The brook was the perfect sound machine outside our bedroom windows. I would stay here again any time.

My wedding party and I stayed here for a week. Cabins are beautiful, clean and spacious. There is a beautiful patio/ bbq area overlooking the stream from steady brook falls, where I even used to hosted my rehearsal dinner. Loved it 🙂

We are thrilled with this little gem on a cabin. The location is perfect...we have a babbling brook and lovely bbq area beside us and a Tim Hortons just a stroll across the parking lot. The rooms are extremely clean, the furnishings are updated and comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We are very comfortable and pleased with this little cabin.

To start the staff were amazing and so accommodating, the grounds are meticulously clean and the cabins are beautiful. The staff set up a fire pit for us in the afternoon with ample firewood and everything we needed. I rented the cabin for my college classes graduation celebration and it was the perfect night to end our school year. Would recommend to everyone!
