Georgina Taxi has been my taxi of choice for ODSP and have been amazing. I have been assisted and helped by several drivers in their company on medical trips and they have been very accommodating to my needs as a person with disability. They are courteous and patient and also respectful and understanding in making the necessary adjustments to ensure clients comfort in the car during travels. I recommend them for any taxi services as they are my choice of ride if I should need any other trips that are not medical related. Thank you to the team and drivers at Georgina Taxi for making my trips comfortable and taking me to all those important appointments in a timely manner and waiting to bring me back safely.

Drivers are always great, especially Larry. If you book in advace, they are usually good at being on time, and the cars are good enough for a taxi.

However i was disappointed when i noticed they jacked their rate and my trip now costs almost double.

It appears most negativity is year ago or longer and I had a few concerns of my own a year ago with them which I communicated with them about and I must share that they rectified the matters and have been excellent to deal with since...always friendly, answer the phone addressing me by name, their app is user friendly even for this old lady lol. I depend on them for medical commitments as well as social and have only positive feedback..Like any company, it does take some time to fine tune every area of the business..there were a few drivers i would pray wouldnt be picking me up but they are no longer driving for them so that tells me they are listening and making appropriate changes to stay a step ahead. I don't blame a business owner for having employees that got their job based on b.s. and telling the new boss what they'd want to hear..the important part is they made the necessary changes when the true colors were shown...I dont have to worry anymore about whose picking me up or hold the holy poop handle because currently I feel they have a great group of drivers..

I called and they said 20 mins. We waited 30 and called to check on the taxi. We were told driver had a flat tire. Nobody was going to call us to let us know. We were late for our event. Poor communication

Georgina Cabs was awesome in helping to get an elderly person from Southlake hospital back to his home in Keswick. They called when he was being picked up so that I could coordinate pickup with the hospital, sent me a link to track the cab and called when he got home so I could coordinate his transfer to his home (he is in a wheelchair). I was even able to pay via e-transfer. All for a reasonable rate. I’m highly recommend them. They actually have a care.
