Un hôtel classique dans la partie « haute » de Gibsons, sans charme particulier mais bien équipé et confortable. Nous n’avons pas été gênés par le bruit malgré la proximité de la route. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. Parfait pour une étape.

Bel endroit. Tranquille et confortable. Près des services . Personnel sympathique. Un beau jardin de fleurs. Piscine. Déjeuner correct. La suite est très bien. Nous avons dormi à cet endroit 5 nuits. Je le recommande.

We can't say enough good things about this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and with nice furnishings. The common garden with a hot tub and pool were fantastic, you can just sit and enjoy your coffee or a game of cards. And when we had vehicle trouble and couldn't check out on time, they extended our time until noon and even allowed us to store our luggage while we got it looked at. Their service is really above what is expected! Just come here and enjoy what is basically a mini resort!

Garden looks very chill. Room’s interior is neat. Everything is good if you come from cities. Simple & free breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, muffins are provided). Parking lot is wide & free. Swimming pool and hot spa is small so we didn’t try. Beautiful sunset of strait of georgia is just 4 min driving.

We had a 2nd floor corner room with a kithenette. We had a good experience and would stay again. If you want more details, then keep reading:|The Good|Quiet, nice room with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Newer carpet, updated bathroom, updated kithenette (mini-fridge with freezer, utensils, pots, dishes, toaster). Well kept garden courtyard with fish pond and sitting area. Gym decent for weight lifting or Cardio, good pool, small hot tub. Decent enough AC. Front desk staff were really nice. Muffins, bananas, apples, juice and coffee for breakfast; nothing exceptional, but as advertised.|The Bad|USB in one lamp was non-functional. Our bad for not letting them know.|The Ugly:|Some furniture is beat up and needs to be replaced. It makes the room look run down, when it's actually decent.

I stayed for one night and overall, everything else was excellent—the food, service, and cleanliness were all great. Unfortunately, during the overnight stay on that Monday, someone broke into my car. The hotel staff was very apologetic and offered compensation, which I appreciated. I also acknowledge that I made the mistake of leaving the car unlocked.

There is one receptionist (seems like Chinese lady) in Garden hotel which is always works night shifts and she is so bad with regards to customer service. Every morning she is quite late with providing the tea, coffee, muffins, fruits, etc at the lobby which supposed to be there by 7 am. Most of the time it's not there until 7:10 or later. Some people are in the rush in the morning to leave the hotel and extra 5, 10 or sometimes even more minutes to wait for that is just too much. But even she sees that customers are there and waiting, she is never in the rush to bring all that stuff to the lobby and never excuses for delay. She looks unpresented in the morning like just woke up and did not even washed her face. It doesn't look good at all. The way she communicates with the customers over the phone and/or in person is so poor. No hospitality at all. She has never smile on her face and seems she is kind of "doesn't care" person. She may have connections with an owner, otherwise it's hard to explain why employee with such a bad attitude and performance works there. The other hotel staff is very good and professional except this one.
