Not sure if this fella had some yellow liquid instead of milk on his cornflakes this morning but I won't be stopping here again. Maybe time to retire to the back house bud. Kitchen / prep area could use a good scrub down, didn't order food because of it. Coffee farmer okay and decent price for it.

Great Pizza. Thin crust. Really good tomato sauce. We took ours to a park on a Sunny Sunday to eat. One size of pizza has 6 large pieces... enough for 3 sixty year olds.

Regarding some complaints in other reviews...
It's a small town restaurant. It's not always easy to get all the supplies when you want them, and so, sometimes items aren't available. I would rather have something fresh than items that have been in storage too long.
The owner operator is a good cook, but, he seems a bit stand-off-ish at first. Just chill and enjoy the good food. It will be ok. 🙂

RUDE service !! No one else in the restaurant, one out of 4 orders right and completely forgot one. He sat on his phone loud enough it echoed in the restaurant. Brown lettuce on the BLT's. NOT recommend. We seemed like a complete inconvenience to him. ...... If your going to atikoken before 11 on Sunday bring your own food or the Esso has better microwaveable meals and friendly service.

Only place for miles so if you feel like being spoken to in a grumpy and rude manner by all means come get it.
It is worth it so that you can compare when you are treated well.
Reminded me of the Soup Nazi in Seinfeld.

The pizza was simply outstanding! The homemade dough had a phenomenal texture and the crust was just right. The balance of cheese and sauce was spot-on. The doughnuts were also a delight—perfectly fluffy and generously coated in both chocolate and maple. Thank you for the incredible experience; keep up the fantastic work!

If your town is planning on hosting a hockey tournament you should plan on all restaurants to be busy and be able to accommodate people when they come in instead of giving them attitude when they come in to get breakfast and are hungry and maybe try having the ingredients of what you're selling on your menu on hand instead of saying that you ran out of eggs and bread and swearing while they order. Ten out of ten would recommend not eating at this unclean establishment.. the garbage bin been outside is probably cleaner. "Gio" sucks, and the Cafe sucks.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich, the guy put on gloves but then touched everything, including the cash register and cash for my order and someone else's, then assembled my food with the same gloves on. He heated up the precooked egg and bacon on a used paper plate. Everything was dirty. After using the gross bathroom i threw out the sandwich.
