I never had any problem dealing with Global Travel. Thea is very accomodating and even answered my video messenger when I needed her help when we were in Hilo, Hawaii. Yes, there's lot of people in the office but they have number tickets that will give an idea how long you'll be waiting. In my experienced, it's better to come in person for enquiry and booking rather than thru emails or phone calls as they spend time attending to your questions before finalizing your booking.

If I could give negative stars I would. Very bad experience from the start. We were asked to go there and wait for almost an hour for documents that they could have simply emailed. My wife even asked if they could just send it but they insisted that its important. Such a waste of time.

Then, when the flight got rescheduled, they did not even reach out so we can rebook our connecting flight. Only 1 person is running the operation so its no surprise that the person is not able to attend to everyone but they should have placed my wife's email instead or theirs so we could have received the notice and dealt with it sooner.

Would not want the stress and hassle that we experienced even on my worst enemy

Was charged for two flights, contacted agent Thea who assured me that the refund would show up on next credit card statement. Since initial contact, I have received four statements which shows no credit of the amount nor has Thea returned my calls or texts.
I have referred this company to the BBB in Winnipeg, and filed a formal complaint.
Beware, opportunist agents, who take advantage of their customers! Glad there’s laws in Canada to protect us from greedy individuals!

I called to inquire about a flight from Winnipeg to Los Angeles. A female employee told me that they are going to call me back in few minutes as they need to search for flights. Unfortunately, they forgot to call me. I will not waste my time calling this company again. Sarbit has better customer service and pricing.
