Service with disrespectful Lebanese manners. The person whose name is Sam is a person who does not respect people and his manner is very bad. At first he speaks with respect when he takes papers from you and then he turns into a person who speaks with pride and disrespect for you. I advise anyone to be careful when dealing with him. Their prices are expensive and they do not tell the customer how much the costs are in detail. They say only one price. When you tell him I want to know in detail, he gets angry and screams.

The worst travel agency, disrespectful and unprofessional. Bad treatment. They are not clear about the prices. A year ago, I came to them for a Saudi visa and i paid around $230.

I came to them again this month. After applying for the same visa that I had, when they finished the visa procedures, they asked me for $400. When I asked them why it’s $400, they did not have a convincing answer and evaded the answer.

I advise you not to deal with them.

Awful service, dishonesty and rude treatment. Sam of Global Visa Services lies about the price and hides a good part of it until the visa applicant decides to use his service, brings all the required documents to his office and is ready to pay. I would not give one star if I could. Better look for other visa providers.

I called most visa offices in Ottawa and asked about their prices. All the employees EXCEPT Sam of Global Visa Services (GVS) answered close prices above 400 CAD. The employee of GVS answered 325-350 CAD. I chose GVS because of the said price, took my papers from another visa office I would apply for a visa through and brought my papers to him. I asked again in the office to confirm the price he told on the phone. He answered that there will be additional 88 CAD to the price he told on the phone that he says is for the express post service. I am sure it costs less than 35 CAD. I asked if he can use a cheaper post service to avoid the cost he claims. He said OK but it would take longer than the post service he was going to use. I left then emailed Sam the booking ticket and asked in my email to use the standard Canada Post service instead of the other express post service he said he would use. The employee replied that he does not accept the flight ticket because the city names are abbreviated in three-letter codes and refused to use any service from Canada Post although he agreed in the conversation. I went to the office before Sam would start the service as he was thinking I would bring another booking ticket and said I would take my papers including my passport and other ID documents. He talked aggressively, threatened me that I will not have my passport and papers back if I do not pay him 80 CAD to compensate for his time because I wasted his time, stood up and grabbed my passport and papers and said that he will send them to court if I do not pay him the 80 CAD. He insisted that I pay cash for nothing. I pretended to accept to pay and argued that I only have debit to make him set the debit machine. He said then I will have to pay 90 CAD including tax. He left my papers only when he was setting the debit machine to use both hands. I pulled my papers and he quickly caught and pulled them but I could pull them away and walk out. A small part of one paper ID was torn and some other papers were in bad condition but my passport was good and the other papers can be replaced.

Highly recommend this office. They are fast, efficient, and very honest. Sam Azimi is the best agent I dealt with, and I have dealt with many in the past. He gave me all the advice based on what’s best for ME.
The fact that they DRIVE to the Saudi embassy saves a lot of time if that’s what you need, rather than other agencies elsewhere that have to mail the documents and so on.
