This is the second time disappointed with their service. First time they offered $50 voucher to remove the review. I thought I should give them a second chance and wanted to use the Voucher and excuse from the Manager was that I can only use it if I book ticket on my own name. I said last time also the ticket was not on my name. I dealt with their Agent name(Sanjuli).

The response from the owner wasn’t expected. If I am able to pay $2618 for a ticket then I don’t need your $50. You guys offered $50 to remove my previous post. I believe only my hard worked earned money not your $50 voucher . If you need I will give you $100. Keep your money with you. Good luck with your thousands of customers. Worst customer service experience ever.
I booked my trip with this company and I had some change in plan so I requested for details for additional charges if applicable to change dates but it is been 3 days no one responded and I was told that someone will call in couple of hours.
I feel like after booking they don't care about custome service.
I won't book in future with them.
