Best experience with them. We recently had flight with air India (Toronto to Delhi) and everything was confirmed with airlines, even seat numbers.
But when we came to check in counter at airport. They told us that our flight is converted to Etihad airways. We called Goel travel and they fixed everything and gave us air India flight again. I know if i had booked ticket with any other traveler then they were not going to fix that issue.

Cancelled my flight with them and told me I’ll receive partial refund. I kept calling and asking after months after months still nothing after 6 months. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with the Goel travels. My mom’s flight got cancelled due to some issues. They took responsibility and contacted the airlines right away to reschedule her flight. They did that on time. They have best customer service and staff.
