I’ve never experienced such a rude bus driver before. My daughter bus always late, and today I came on time waited for half hr or more didn’t see my daughter came out of her bus while all the other kids did. So I still waited and finally saw the bus and she came out, I came up and were about to talk to the bus driver she then said to me I was here didn’t see you. So I said I’ve been standing here for half hr or so, she then said well every parents was here EXCEPT YOU..she pointed at my face and shut the door on me. This is very unacceptable behaviour, I do not appreciate how I got treated. Bus today was late, plus they changed the driver and I got no notification about it other than it said bus will be 30mins late. What she should I’ve done was wait for a bit, but she wasn’t she dropped off kids and took off so quickly. I was standing there the entire time waited and did not even see any bus waited for the parents which she should’ve done so at least it give me a chance to come up. She was too quickly took off. She seemed to hate kids and hate her job. This woman need to be fire, I do not trust her for the safety of my kids on her bus.

Was traveling to Calgary not to long ago,
Had an amazing bus driver by the name of Glen, older gentleman, very courteous and was quick to strike up a conversation with me as I was feeling a little down. By the time we got to Calgary I was in a cheerful mood..
Hats off to this gentleman, hang on to this one...

Worst company ever for bus service, my son and I have had the school involved because there is never been consistently a bus since September it's now January 16. Nomatter how many drivers 4+ and counting none do their job right and if they show up its always between 15 minutes to 75 minutes late. 🙄 Which your horrible 'Where's my bus app' doesn't even accurately tell location of the bus. Then the drivers will drop kids off wherever they please, not at the designated location. I've even witnessed them stopping in an intersection holding up traffic while a child was trying to direct them as they the driver didn't know where to go. If I could have this company shut down and all staff sued I would in a heartbeat. I've never been so mad at any other transportation service in my life.

These drivers leave their buses running in a well populated homeless area and the driver leaves the bus completely unlocked everything. Called dispatch to inform them of these actions and they simply claim it's insured and hung up on me. What a disgrace of a company!

First time my 5yr old took the school bus home.
Only for the incompetent driver of bus 5503 to STOP let off the older girl and DRIVE off with my kid faster than a lighting bolt. Only to find out the same bus dropped her back off at school.
Had to wait a hr outside for my kid questioning where she was. Yall say she was "safe" I will not believe it. Not letting a kid off at a stop due to being a new rider is BULLSHIT
my kid matters, like all kids.
Every review is a upset parent, and I am ashamed on your behalf Golden arrow.
Utterly appalled.

A terrible terrible business. I have had multiple experiences with this company and every time it has been the same. Very rude, disrespectful, and disgusting bus drivers who take no care of their passengers. It’s honestly disappointing. I am tired of this company having drivers who lack common sense. Instead, my team was stuck with an idiot driver who is nothing but a rude old man. Fix up.

By the way I believe the drivers name was Neil, he either went way above the speed limit or way below. Very reckless driving on the highways outside of Edmonton and Spruce Grove.

Terrible, unfriendly, untimely service. Zero consistency. Half the time, the bus is early with no warning, half the time it's late. Zero communication.
Woman on the phone is extremely rude and unhelpful, she sounded like a bratty teenager who wasnt trained well to do her job. Their replacement driver did not even stop for 10 seconds (recorded on our camera) in front of our house and left (a five year old needs TIME to walk down a flight of steps & I'm not having her wait in the cold when the bus is NEVER on time).
When I asked if he could turn around and pick up our child like he is paid to do, her reply was "do you want the other kids to be late?" and other similar idiotic questions.
Pathetic manners, pathetic company.

This company's bus service is absolute garbage. Very unreliable, excuses after excuses of why there bus company does not show up on time or even ever. Bunch of bafoons. The bus has only showed up 1 time in the last 2 weeks. What a waste of time and money.
