Prices go up for fare yet buses pass stops early leaving people behind because they are going by before their designated time

Valley bus taking an hour or more to get into town?

How is this feasible for people that work or students? IT'S NOT.

This transit system has always been garbage even worse now have to wait over an hour at New Sudbury shopping center for a connection to a 12 minute drive away cuz have to hire and listen to the consultants on how to do things in your own city this city Council has to go they've lined their pockets enough DID EVERYONE KNOW that our mayor makes as much as the premiere of Ontario that's BS

Terrible bus system.

Some really good drivers and some really bad ones.

The busses are late most of the time but not always.

Like most city's and towns we have a very bad drug and homelessness problem and that's effecting the bus system.

It's 4$ a ride but most unhomed get on for free although I don't blame them I just think it should be free for everyone at this point because the service is so flawed.

We got thousands of new people (insane amount of forners) in the city and the bus system hasn't been expanded or improved in any ways.

Busses are overcrowded at most times to the point of having to stand and not having room to get on. They don't run often enough. Some of the old busses have carpeted seats that are peed on or may have bed bugs because that a huge problem in sudbury.

The busses only run until midnight mayby 1 am which Is just stupid because people work later.

Holidays and weekend schedules are just insane.

The transfer is only lasts a half hour And the bus schedules to outskirt areas are way less frequent then needed.

It's bad...

Only increasing the Coniston bus to every 45 minutes at “peak times” in the AM and PM, only Monday to Friday, and not in the summer is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I’m going to have to send them another letter. My hometown, Sault Ste. Marie, was a walkable city and still had buses that were every 30 minutes. People have to go into town for reasons other than work and school. Sudbury is very much an industrial city that hates non-blue collar low income disabled people who can’t drive.

Place is discusting. Staff is nice but they need security that is actually going to do something about all the addicts that hang out there. It's suppose to be for people to catch their buses, not addicts hanging around doing drugs and making drug deals. Terminal is absolutely a nasty place now and not safe at all
