You get the Great Canadian Local Owned Corner Store experience with great service from locals who have kept going all through this pandemic! They also have an expansive pub-style food menu with great prices! Lots of dip options! 🙂

Try the curly fry poutine for sure! They even have a chinese special menu.

The cook is most excellent - He even brought my order out to me at my car!

Lovely service almost every single time.
Our food is always wonderful when the Ladys are working!! When Debbs working, that's where we go, no doubt about it. ( 👍 way to go Women )
HOWEVER, this evening we didnt even get the chance to step for in the buisness as we had decided to call ahead of time, because we were running late and it was 9:05pm. Knowing the kitchen shuts down at 9:30pm (25 minutes later ), when I asked to place an order I was greeted by an unfamiliar youthful Male voice telling me the kitchen was NO LONGER serving food and was closed down for the evening , as he was already cleaning up. Then proceeded to tell me he was also off at 9:30pm, therefore justifying that fact that we weren't able to order our go to favorites.
Rather disgruntled and hungry I ended our call quite puzzled and bummed out.
Other this incident tonight, this place is ALWAYS welcoming and has GREAT service and food!!!!

Great spot for some pub style food like chicken wings, mac and cheese bites, mozzarella sticks. Friendly staff, a must visit for anyone going to Lake Cowichan.
