I take these buses for work. The fact I've missed them several times... due to them going by EARLY is utterly ridiculous. Late is okay. It sucks, but traffic is unpredictable. The speed at which you drive... is very predictable. It's not like they're doing their job better by being faster. They're missing potential customers due to obscene speed, slowdown, and stop at a stop for a few extra minutes if you need. Don't miss people trying to get to, and from work. It's a fast way to lose customers, as I have started walking more, despite my heart issues. Consistent public transport is very important.

I don't leave reviews. This issue is too much to ignore.

Edit: I wasn't even thinking about this at the time. I work at a hospital, patients need these buses, we have thousands of staff, a good amount rely on these bus schedules... only to be let down so often. I've seen many people miss a bus only to start walking, clearly not in the condition to do so, or call a cab. Which is significantly more expensive.

LRT station at Fairview Mall and Conestoga Mall. Who designs these systems? GRT buses have the fare machine inside the bus, works well. But for LRT it has to be made difficult for the users. Only one machine to buy tickets/upload your card on each platform. People waiting in line to use them, I have missed a train on account of time spent waiting. And then the fare tap machine, you’d think somebody would have thought of placing them inside the LRT train. But no, they are outside on the platform exposed to the elements. In the winter with snow you cannot read the screen, in summer the sun glare prevents you from seeing the screen properly. The screen itself is so scratched up it is difficult to read. Often they malfunction: invalid card! Recently my card( with sufficient funds on it) was read as invalid on 2 fare tap machines. No service person in sight. The customer service centre is far away from the two major LRT hubs. GRT wants to hear from its customers, but their on line form is again designed to turn customers away in frustration. A good way to stay ignorant of what your customers are really thinking. On a positive note, the drivers are courteous. It is not rank and file who are the problem it is upper management and their consultants who get well paid for a lousy job.

They come early....for no reason. Ridiculous, train your staff to slow down if needed. If you have to take these buses I recommend showing up at least 3 minutes early to each stop.

Why don’t you post how many men come forward with their illnesses’s, I’m in classes for BPD and the classes are all full of women with horrible stories about men (not my damn fault!) I’ve been trying to get rid of that stigmatism in my life for the longest of time, the reason why there’s all women in that class is cause men don’t like to come forward.
Why don’t you post that on your board instead of bashing us?
Where is the men’s mental health? And why not a women on it? because I know lots of men who have been abused by females but don’t come forward because it’s embarrassing. Disgraceful!!!

This is the single worst transit company I have ever used. Every bus is either delayed by at least 5min or will show up early and leave you stranded at the stop. Every single line is absolutely packed to the brim and yet they continue planning on slashing routes and reducing frequency at the same time they raise prices. None of their drivers know how to drive in any sort of weather and snow which isn't even sticking to the ground will get the busses delayed by at least 30min, if they ever actually show up.

Every single commute is a horrific experience where I end up completely irate at GRT. But what else am I going to do? Walk? GRT knows people are forced to use their terrible system since there is no alternative and thus no incentive for them to improve. Horrible company.

The bus is the bus, it's great if u need it, but not 5 stars because it's not a perfect system by any means!
At the actual transit office downtown, I've always had incredibly friendly and wonderful people serve me, so as far as staff goes, including the bus drivers, theyre phenomenal most of the time

Wintertime their buses got no heat. Heat they got but don't got it on. Ran marginally by so few of their drivers. Heat should be on by every bus/driver. On, all throughout the day. On, on high-power.

Years past never cold and bone-chilling, and especially now with fare prices they've raised, absolutely no reason for grt to cheap out at our expense!

I have been taking transit all my life in different areas of the gta and surrounding cities. The GRT is by far the worst.

There shouldn’t be a point to having a schedule if the buses are never on time.

Very unreliable and unsafe drivers.

Has its own fare system that is the exact same as PRESTO but does not work with PRESTO so you are pigeon holed into their fare system.

Overall, if you can afford Uber or taxi you’re better off
