GRT customer support is nonexistent. I am a disabled person in a wheelchair and have had nothing but issue after issue with the drivers and the customer support workers and supervisors do next to nothing to address issues. I have been left stranded at a stop for 40+ minutes in the heat MULTIPLE TIMES as a result of negligence on part of the drivers and have received next to no help from the “customer support workers”. If you are someone that has the ability to get your license, I would highly recommend it if it means being able to avoid uses these services.

My daughter lost her wallet on the bus. Someone obviously found it and were nice enough to use her bus card. We cancelled the card and other cards in the wallet. She had to go to work so I went to the customer service location DTK and the service was amazing. The customer service agent was so polite and understanding. They issued a new card, transferred the balance AND also the fare that was charged after the wallet was lost. Thank you.

This is a GRT stop on Victoria Street and Lawrence in Kitchener (Route 20) in front of a Hasty Mart, the Hasty Mart never had a garbage can so GRT I'm assuming retaliated by removing their garbage can and having no garbage can at the store or the bus stop does not help the city, this has been going on for years now with no garbage can some people even hang bags off the posts.
I'll also be sending all of these pictures to the MP as I'm getting tired of you ruining our city not to mention the pigs that throw the garbage on the ground but you're both to blame in this situation

The service is good, but the bus timings they are the main cause of the problem.
The buses (No. 12, 33 and 22) always comes late then the scheduled time.
It is not for the first time, this happens everyday. I strongly request to fix this.

After you file complaint about an irresponsible driver, who left elderly lady all alone at night time, we got response signed as a "supervisor". No name at all! And the same number given, the general info number. That say a lot...these people do not care and will protect themselves by all means. Horrible service on all levels.
Only court will tame these beasts..

Bus departure time was delayed as drivers were smoking and socializing in a circle. Not consistent or reliable, would not recommend if you have anywhere to be.

So typically I'm on a bus and the bus driver has no idea what he's doing. He's missed a stop and is driving around blocks trying to find it- this after stopping traffic down a main st. sitting on the phone where nobody can pass...

Pretty sure this is par for the course these days.
