I have a RAM truck that would not start. I called the chevy dealership in Smoky Lake to see if they would be able to look at the truck to find out the problem. Carol at the service desk scheduled it to be looked at the next day. The technician found the problem, the part was ordered, and a loaner vehicle was provided. The truck was fixed within the next few days. Thank you for the fast service from your friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Can't say anything worse about this joke of an operation. 2+ hours a for an oil change. Changed my cabin and engine oil filter without asking me. $270 for oil change. 500% mark up on filters. These guys are terrible.

Excellent customer service! Was in a bind and needed a quick fix. They dropped what they were doing to help me and i was on my way in minutes. The ladies at the service desk were extremely friendly and the mechanic that helped me was genuinely caring and professional.

We brought our truck in for some work. It was going to take a bit so we walked down the way and stopped for lunch. When we went to pay the waitress said the couple at the table that had just left (Grant) had paid for our meal. It was unexpected and a kind gesture that may seem small but shows the generosity and extraordinary service that causes them to stand above the rest.

So upset! Unhelpful staff & Their work is not guaranteed despite the price you pay!!
Towed my vehicle in to get anti-theft taken off. Spent $570 to manually take off parking break + A new key fob. Drove it back home, the next day drove it 5 mins to the bank then it went back on theft mode.
Now I'm expected to pay to tow it back to the dealership and to get theft mode taking off again. (Also, I live an hour away. The tow itself costs roughly $750)
The lady at the front desk tried to say "it still needed work". They never told me that when I picked my vehicle up. I asked 3-4 to make sure it was good to drive despite the repairs I still needed to make (fix broken windows & small hole in the exhaust).
Not to mention the money I had to pay to get it towed to a mechanic here in town, storage fee's, and for a mechanic to inspect it after it broke down at the bank.
Also right from the start they never seemed to care about educating me on anything. I asked how my car got stuck on theft mode in the first place and all I was told was "I don't know. Sometimes it just happens and we dont know the reason." Like okaaay?! I thought you guys are "certified mechanic's who know these vehicles inside and out"

Great people who will go the extra 100 miles for you! Treated with dignity and respect from the very start to end. Helpful in explaining every little detail in a way that you know exactly what to expect. Very fast in response when I need their help. Just a great experience rarely found in any dealerships. I'm definitely recommending for anyone to come down here and experience this wonderful dealership!!

Conveniently located in downtown Smoky Lake. Great friendly staff and service. Supporting our community clubs and organizations from AG Societies to the Smoky Lake Stampede!
A top notch operation from the customer service reps to the mechanics. Got my pickup truck in to the dealership this morning April 6th, 2018. They gave me a ride to my meeting. Called back to confirm the repair require and gave me an estimate. They had the parts in stock, got my truck fixed and called back to let me know it was ready. All that in an hour and a half. Proffessional courteous service with a smile.
