These people did not arrive for my return ticket from Brooks, AB. I waited for over 2 hours in freezing temperatures. No one from their information number was able tell me the status of the bus. I had to find a place to stay for another night and hire a shuttle the next day. I had to mail my ticket to Ottawa for a refund. It's been almost 3 weeks with no reply. Greyhound is a terrible company. I will never go with them again.

Well i guess i had to give it a star if I want to write something about greyhound as if you dont give them at least a star they dont want to hear about it. Just like their crappie service if you want to make a complaint have fun trying to talk to someone as they make you talk to a machine that can't understand half of what you say. I just wish STC would boot them out of the Province of Saskatchewan and totally take over the routes that way we would not have to put up with the lousy way Greyhound treats people and maybe just maybe we could get places cheaper and easier

It's always important to have a greyhound Canada in brooks , and so anytime you plan ingredients to travel and and you trying to get a ticket down there.
