We stayed for three nights while exploring Gros Morne Park. The building is older but has been remodeled inside. The upstairs suites were a bit of a challenge to get our luggage up but we were very pleased to stay on the top floor. We had a small balcony and the view was amazing! Happy Hour every night looking out over trees and the hills in the distance. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the kitchen area and fridge. Great directions to the building from the Wildlife Museum. A bonus was the coin laundry on the main floor. We needed a replacement fan to cool the room and when I texted the different numbers someone brought the new fan very quickly. Quiet and lovely to hear the birds outside in the morning. Recommended for a stay while exploring the park.

When we first opened the doors of 7A, we were impressed! It had everything looks like, but when it was time to hang the clothes for the next day, there was no hanger to be found, and turns out, there was no closet! We had to hook all our clothes in the hook behind the door.||||Our room had a full kitchen, fridge, and tables and chairs. Also an electric fan. Even a BBQ grill! We did smell burgers our first night so our neighbouring unit did take advantage of that free BBQ grill. The washroom had all amenities. The Wifi is abnormally strong which I liked. ||||The following morning, we started taking showers. My mom was the first and was ok with her experience but complained it started to get cold at the end. I was next in line. I waited for the water to heat up, but it never did. I was forced to shower in freezing cold water and jump up and down as the cold water travel through my back. I got brain freeze because the water was so cold. After that, we determined that we should separate our shower times. One showers the evening prior, one in the middle of the night, and one in the morning before we leave. And that was the strategy we had to stick on unfortunately. And to top it all off, we had to set the bathroom thermostat to 30 degrees because the hot water is not producing hot enough water.||||The water heater was running for sure, but wow the water heater is not heating enough to be comfortable for hot showers, which I am normally used to. The mornings were pretty cold too, close to freezing, so you know how desperate we were for hot showers.||||The hotel is located in a residential area, so to walk to the shore, you had to do a 15 to 20 minute walk. There are also no views as a result. Check in was simple, though it was not located in the property. It was inside the mailbox and we were the last to check in looks like. Checkout was also simple. We just dropped by the museum and dropped the keys.

We stayed in apartment 7C, a 2BR second floor apartment located at Kin Place. The rooms and living area were spacious and clean, and the beds and pillows very comfortable for an excellent night's sleep. It was dead quiet, and a small balcony with BBQ is attached at the back. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and coffee maker, salt and pepper, and all kitchen utensils you will need for self-catering. Water pressure and hot water supply were good. Although we were warned that WiFi access would be spotty at best, we had no difficulty during our entire stay. The check-in and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed for two nights in 7A. Although they call it a junior suite, it is really a studio apartment. It isn't huge, but the space is adequate. It looks like fairly a fairly new unit. There is everything you need including 2 queen beds, table and chairs, dresser, full size refrigerator and stove, appliances like microwave and coffeemaker, as well as linens for bedroom and bathroom. There is no closet. The beds are ok but a little too firm. While we were here, it was very quiet. There is no maid service for the unit. Picking up and dropping off the key is simple. We never met with anyone, but they left a nice note with the instructions. We thought this was a great place to stay.

Just finished a five night stay in a junior suite. We could not have asked for better accommodation. Location was central in the town of Rocky Harbour, quiet and plenty of parking. Kitchen was well equipped as well (though I'm not sure there was a wine opener for those interested). Our suite had plenty of space and hot water. Great stay. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Gros Morne.

This was a little disappointing given the private cabin I stayed in previously. There's no cooking space or common room to prepare food. There's a fridge and that's about it. The futon is very flat and uncomfortable and the water is a worrisome yellow colour. The positives is that it's cheap and in Gros Morne so it's excellently situated and it does have a very comfortable bed and pillow. Though there's no room service, so you have to call the owners if you want fresh towels or your garbage emptied. It's fine to book if you find every other place is full but you might want to shop around. Or at least rent the suite with a kitchenette.

My wife and I booked a last minute overnight stay in the junior suite and it was great. The room is newly renovated and very clean, and spacious as well, and the price was very reasonable. Also, the staff at the Wildlife museum (the location of the check-in) were very friendly, and knowledgeable about local hiking trails and other tourist attractions. We would definitely stay here on our net trip to Gros Morne.

There are two parts to these accommodations; a hostel and larger suites. We took a hostel single room with one bunk bed. We were impressed with the super clean facilities. There were four rooms in the hostel collective but we were lucky and had the whole unit to ourselves. The bedrooms are off of a central kitchen & two communal bathrooms with showers. We watched TV as we prepared our meals and discussed our daily outings. There is plenty of parking space and it's walking distance to waterfront restaurants and stores. For keys, enquiries and payment go to Gros Morne Wildlife Museum (76 Main St North, along the waterfront in Rocky Harbour).
