Ever since the new pharmacist has arrived his presence has made the entire store environment change. It does not feel like a welcoming small town pharmacy because his ego seems to fill the room. He is disrespectful and uncompastionate. He is not a nice person and I would love to see how he feels being treated the same way he treats costumers and I’m sure even his employees.

My dealings with this pharmacy have always been positive so far. Each of the pharmacists I have dealt with have been very thorough in explaining needed details of new medications. One I have repeatedly dealt with is Samir. Becoming aware of Samir’s credentials, I have often turned to him for advice on over the counter items to fit my needs and he has been very accommodating each time.

Extremely happy with the quality of service offered by the staff. The pharmacist Samier especially went above and beyond. I recommended the pharmacy, because of him, to a family friend. Samier sat down with her, went through her medication list and answered all of her questions thorougly. The level of care she received was enough to make her switch pharmacies, despite a longer commute. You can tell patient's happiness and well being are a top priority here!

This pharmacy has a really knowledgeable pharmacist, Samier, who always puts patient care first and foremost and truly cares about the patient and checks if there is/are any problems with the medication prescribed from doctors. He really takes care of you, what a pharmacist should truly do.

Samir works diligently to assure clients receive the right medication, dose, and education. The Norwood community is fortunate to have him. Part of his role as a pharmacist is to review the doctors prescriptions, making sure the medication is appropriate for the patient, which he has always done in a timely manner for us.

Of note, I hear a lot of complaints from Seniors that people are always on their phones. The pharmacist is likely doing a medication calculation, or reviewing the most up to date information on the medication you were prescribed.
