If you are booking through guru kirta travel, please make sure your trip details on your behalf. We ended up paying extra money when we reach universal studio. On the top, owner was rude with us when we call them back to tell them.
Not recommend.

Reply to your customer isn't rude. The way you reply or not accepting the mistake is rude. When someone is going first time and didn't know about the passes and blindly trust the travel agent then it's their responsibility to make sure their client is satisfied. On the top you already told the travel agent you have kids so please give as passes so we don't have to wait in the line up.

We had a very good experience with this travel agency. The customer service was exemplary both on the phone and in person. The lady who helped us with the tickets was very courteous and had our best interests in mind. She was able to guide us well and got the best deal for our travel needs. Her colleague in the same office was able to do an accurate comparative analysis of various airlines and the service was provided in a non rushed manner in a very clean, well kept office. We will definitely be going to this place again for our future travel needs as well.
