2 years ago I was in the area for work. I stayed here and it was great. This week got sent down again for the storm. I was excited as I knew I could stay here at this nice Hampton inn. It is within walking distance of restaurants. Staff is very kind and accommodating. The AC I know for a fact goes down to 65-66 degrees. No smells, rooms are clean and this week or 2 years ago I never saw any bugs at all. When in the area this will always be my go to hotel.

My husband and I travel 2-3 weeks out of the month for business. This is by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Clean, efficient, great staff, great breakfast, and the room was HUGE! Plenty of places to eat within 2 miles. Good parking. Can't wait to come back.

Visiting from Tampa to go to a concert in Jacksonville. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns. This location is THE BEST I have ever stayed at. The digital key and skipping check in was amazing. The room is perfect, and the light in the bathroom comes on automatically. Ya know, it's the small things that make a big difference. I'm feeling very comfy cozy here.

I paid for a room and when I showed up to checkin, they said the room I paid for was not available and they switched me to a much smaller room with fewer beds. They didn’t care, provided us with equal accommodation as another option, or refund us the difference between the room we paid for versus what we were given. I will never book this location again.

Update: I was reached out to after writing my review, and was told to contact them for any further support of this issue. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do for me at this point. Therefore, my review stands at a 1-Star.

I wish I had taken photos. Very clean, newer hotel. Nice pool. Decent area off the highway with a few food options. Great for stopping along 95. Comfy bed and free breakfast with several options. Would stay again. Only photo I had was of the palm trees as we were leaving. Side entrance next to elevators was convenient for loading/unloading.

Pleasantly surprised by this Hotel! Everything was so clean, the staff was amazing, and breakfast was so delicious! The morning staff including the front desk clerk and the breakfast manager are just awesome people!! They made my mornings!

This is our third time there and this wasn't a good one let's start with the room we both take medication and we had a handicap room 230 in the morning we hear motorcycles wrapping up in the parking lot and I don't think they were just waking us up there waking everybody but if you know Macclenny Florida it's nothing but a pure redneck area so that tells you who was outside so we get back to bed 5 minutes before 4 am kids running up and down the hallway hitting the doorknobs waking everybody up I guess the parents don't know how to take care of the kids and we surprise the motel let them get away with it now the best one for Less if you like cold breakfast then this is definitely your place I was sitting there for about a good hour on the hot bar the eggs and stuff never gets turned around so it was cold they had no milk you haven't asked for it it wasn't a good experience and then comes the coffee oh we're at a half and half I'm waiting for the truck to come in this sounds like it's a personal issue not mine I am the guest so you can see what went on here and for the money there charging I guarantee this other place around besides Macclenny Florida so if you have to travel a little bit big deal I'd definitely don't recommend this particular Hotel and if the people who read it on his review they need to get off their seats and straighten it out
