La chambre était propre et le lit très confortable. Je mets quatre étoiles pour la qualité du déjeuner. Il était correct mais il y avait un manque de variété et de qualité. Néanmoins le rapport qualité-prix pour cet hôtel est excellent.

Older and outdated property. The beds are well used and need a refresh. Our rooms phone did not work so I had to go downstairs at 1:30 am as the people above and on our floor were being excessively noisy. After alerting the manager, the noise did not stop. It also started early in the morning, at most I think we slept 3 hours. The walls and floors are thin so you hear everything. In fairness there were several hockey tournaments and baseball participants staying there. There are much nicer places to stay for a better rate.

My wife, 7month old and mother-in-law recently stayed here. Upon arrival they had no heat in their room, second night it was fixed but the repair tech came in late at night and woke them up.. why didn’t he come during the day Then the last night the heat went out again. It’s middle of January, so they were freezing now her and my baby have a cold. They were never offered a room change or any sort of compensation. Do not stay at this hotel. What a frickin joke.

Breakfast at Hampton was disgusting! Pancake was overcooked and hard to eat. Broke the knife trying to cut pancake! Rubbery, jello scramble eggs. Hot oatmeal were terrible like running diarrhea! undercooked. Hotel kitchen staff need to do way better on those food! I went to eat at Denny’s across street instead of the hotel free breakfast! I’ll not come to this hotel again.
2 stars for the hotel for disgusting breakfast!

The pool/hot tub had way too much chemical in it. My skin was burning for 3 days after using it for 15 minutes. My brand new swim suite has also lost most of its colouring, as well as still smells like bleach after multiple washes. Very disappointing as it was an expensive bathing suit/short set. Breakfast was good, the room was fine other than the tub had a bunch of chips all over it. So glad there weren’t any kids in the pool when we were as I can’t imagine what that water would have done to there skin.

It’s unbelievable that forgetting a physical copy of a credit card feels like committing a crime at this hotel. The policy here is baffling—no option to pay with cash, no online payment, and they insist on involving a third party to guarantee payment with their credit card. What kind of rule is this?
I had to figure out the online check-in option myself and then confirm it with the receptionist, who barely provided any guidance. Throughout the entire process, there was no gesture of welcome, no kind words, and no directions to the room after check-in. The environment felt cold and unwelcoming. The whole experience made us feel like we were being treated as criminals rather than guests.
