Très bel hôtel récent, très propre. Bon rapport qualité prix.
Seul défaut : sa situation un peu loin du centre... Mais s'il était plus près, les prix ne seraient pas les mêmes....
Point positif : des restaurants situés à proximité, qui m'obligent pas à prendre la voiture.( Mention spéciale à Mr Mike)

Endroit agréable magnifique et convivial. Le service est impeccable et le personnel est vraiment sympathique et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très delicious 😋. Je recommande cet hôtel il est vraiment très bon surtout pour des familles avec des enfants.

This hotel is fantastic because the staff are all exceptional. I want to say that Calvin, who works in the evening at the front desk goes above and beyond and should be commended for his kindness and professionalism. Every time I have stayed here the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfasts are good and the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Hampton Inn St. Albert Edmonton. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making every interaction a pleasure. The atmosphere was remarkably quiet, ensuring a restful and comfortable stay.||The location is fantastic—perfectly positioned near highways and major arterial routes, making it convenient for travel and access to amenities. The views from the property were delightful, and the area is wonderfully compartmentalized, with everything you might need within a kilometer radius.||Breakfast was a highlight—delicious, satisfying, and served until 10 AM, which I found much more accommodating than other chains like Holiday Inn. This simple adjustment made mornings so much more relaxed and enjoyable.||As a Hilton Diamond member, I’ve stayed at Hilton Conrads and across the Hilton portfolio, and I can confidently say this was the best experience I’ve had by far. Sometimes, simplicity and attention to the basics can outshine even the most luxurious properties. This hotel perfectly balances clean, simple, and basic amenities with outstanding service and comfort.||Unlike many Hiltons where interactions or even just moving around can feel burdensome, this property made everything seamless and easy. It was almost effortless—something I didn’t even realize I valued so much until staying here.||I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s proof that simplicity and excellent execution can provide a truly memorable and enjoyable stay.

An easy go-to for weekend stays and event booking. Staff are more than welcoming, service is held to a high standard, rooms are clean. My only problem is the included breakfast built into the price of the room, food quality is lacking, classic hash browns are undercooked, eggs have very little flavor, bacon is pretty greasy. For hotel food, it gets by and it's more than edible. Just could be better.

Beware of this hotel! There’s some seriously sketchy and shady behavior happening here.

My team booked a block of rooms, but I booked mine separately through Expedia to collect travel points. After we checked out, my niece realized she had forgotten some belongings in the room. I picked her up later that evening around 8 PM—with no missed calls from the hotel about the items.

When I called to ask about the forgotten belongings, the front desk agent said the items were still in the room because they were charging me for another night! I explained that my niece had simply forgotten her things and we had already checked out. Despite this, he insisted I had to pay for an extra night. I asked to speak to a manager—conveniently, the manager was “not available.”

I then requested to see a copy of the hotel policy that justified this charge. The agent smugly told me, “My manager said so, and I don’t have to show you anything.”

At this point, I was extremely frustrated. I mentioned that since they were treating me this poorly, I would cancel any future team bookings. Suddenly, the agent needed to call the same ‘unavailable’ manager.

Five minutes later, he called me back to say it was all a “mistake” and I would not be charged. Funny how quickly the manager became available when money was on the line!

This entire experience felt dishonest, shady, and completely unprofessional. I booked through Expedia for convenience and travel points, but their treatment of a paying guest—especially someone whose team had booked multiple rooms—was awful.

Travelers, be warned: If you stay here, you might find yourself battling over bogus charges and dealing with a staff that seems to make up policies as they go. I will never stay here again—and I’ll be advising my entire team to avoid this hotel.

We had a suite for the family and it was more than enough room for 5 people.

Bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan so it would get extremely steamy, but not unbearable.

Ceiling had what looked to be water damage but that’s probably just growing pains.

Decent price, big room, and nice beds. Wish the pillows were a little nicer. All in all solid 4/5 stars.

Great overnight stay. Staff was awesome and got a room upgrade because we asked nicely. Room was fabulous and clean. Breakfast was good as well. Very convenient location for the errands that we had to do while in Edmonton for a couple days.
