Accueil très chaleureux et serviable. Chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Déjeuner continental inclus. Situé en zone "industrielle" mais à proximité des grandes artères. Hotel très tranquille.pourrait inclure bouteille d'eau aux chambres pour un "petit plus".

This is a great hotel. Everything is super clean, nicely organized, with helpful staff. From the greet to the check out. Rooms are impeccable, with a nice neutral smell. Bathrooms also. Huge selection of TV channels. Beds are very comfortable. Fitness centre is pleasant to workout at. If you are working, travelling through, or visiting Grande Prairie, AB, I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean with modern rooms,. Small but sufficient gym area. Free breakfast was more than most hotels provide, nice lounge area for eating. Hot tub was small, didn't love that the pool area had windows that made everything completely visible to everyone outside, zero privacy. Would stay here again. Close to other amenities.

We had a great stay at your hotel, thank you so much. Super cozy beds! The breakfast was fantastic, our gluten free child was so happy with all of the options! The front desk/check in ladies were so helpful and all in all, everything worked out perfect... the pool was down, but the front desk staff were super kind about letting us know, disappointed for sure but it didnt impact our review. Would for sure stay again.

Was a last minute one night kinda deal, but the staff were very accommodating. Clean room, nice shower and the shampoo and body wash are always good quality. Hilton is my go to for most of my stays.

My sister-in-law works for the provincial government of BC and booked three rooms for our family with her government rate. This was supposed to be a special birthday trip for my mother’s birthday. Seven members of my
family travelled from Fort St John to Grande Prairie for the occasion and specifically chose this hotel because we had had such a good experience there the last time we stayed (July 2024). When my mother and husband and I arrived my sister-in-law had already checked into their room. Immediately there was an issue. I was told that we did not have adjoining rooms. I told them the whole reason we booked this hotel was to get the same adjoining rooms we had gotten last time. The woman who was checking me in said none of the rooms were adjoining (my sister-in-law had requested two adjoining rooms when booking) and that no adjoining rooms were available for us to switch to. Eventually she figured out that two of the rooms WERE adjoining. I was not asked for any ID other than my driver’s license, and neither was my mother. We provided our ID. The young girl who was checking in my mother at the same time mentioned that there was an issue but didn’t tell my mother what the issue was, just said she would have to check with the manager. Two hours later while we were in the middle of my mother’s birthday dinner the woman who checked me in decides to call and tell me that they need my government issued ID. For the government rated rooms. I explained to her that my sister-in-law booked the rooms and showed her ID upon check in. She told me that all three rooms needed to be paid for with a credit card that matched a government issued ID. She argued with me about it. While we were eating dinner and trying to celebrate my mom’s birthday. I told her my sister-in-law would pay for all three rooms then. Why on earth was this not brought to our attention in July when we stayed there with NO problems before? In fact, we enjoyed our stay in July so much that we specifically booked my mother’s birthday trip around this hotel. Only to have it completely ruined by the staff over a room rate that saved us maybe $20 dollars each. We will not be staying here again, government rate or no government rate. We were made to feel like scammers and con artists for using the government rate, that my sister-in-law rightly used.

Maybe it gets 3 stars but clearly these hotels are ‘gaming’ the system to get review numbers this high. So here’s the problem with this hotel: 1. Instead of just giving you a Wifi name and password, they want you to fill out a form that collects all your email and contact information for them to use for themselves and Spammers (as if we need more of that!), If you want ‘high speed’ internet so you can stream your Netflix or other streaming service that is EXTRA. 2. NO MICROWAVE in the suite. Go home with a doggy bag from the restaurant and want to heat it up in the morning… NOPE!, 3. Breakfast is free but very basic. 2nd day had ham as the ONLY meat available. No bacon, no sausage, 4. Staff are polite but not friendly. The hotel does do what it’s supposed to do though. There is a small pool with a basic slide for the kids, rooms were clean, an exercise room with treadmills, elliptical, a few weights, and a multi gym was there.
