Our family has been coming here since the mid 1990’s and there’s so many reasons why we keep coming back. The Hanson’s do a wonderful job providing everything you need. Cabins are clean and comfy. Views are great and the water is amazing. Great place to escape it all and relax. Their cabins have undergone extensive renovations not too long ago and they have all the conveniences to make you feel at home, but far far away from home. Not to mention, the family is very nice and works to make sure the guests enjoy their stay.

Our family has been visiting the Nestor Falls area for more than 50 years and always find the area full of wonderful things to do. I want to give credit where credit is due. Hanson's Wilderness Lodges has make our visits so enjoyable. I look forward to seeing Randy, Steve and their growing family every single year. They provide top notch service, support and friendship.
This year we decided to have Steve Hanson take us on a guided fishing trip. We caught our limit of Walleye (and a 36" Muskie) before having a delicious fried fish lunch. This gave us enough energy to get our full bellies out there and do some more fishing. We also added a solid 27 1/2" Northern Pike to top it off.
I think that we will be adding this to our annual trip to the Nestor Falls area.
Thank you Steve, Randy and Lauren for everything and for making our vacations so wonderful over all of the years.

Update 2022: Another great year and another amazing fishing trip with my mother, wife and daughter. We could not be happier with our trip, thank you.

Excellent service Lauren and Steve are gracious hosts, very friendly and will help make your stay enjoyable. The lake is beautiful with crystal clear water, where small mouth lake trout and musky roam. There is a private launch across the road for access to lake of the woods. Cabins are neat and tidy with satellite TV and A/C

My husband, two teens and 2 year old granddaughter and our cocker spaniel, spent two days at the Hanson's, on Crow Lake, and had a blast. It was a beautiful weekend and a beautiful lake. We were put in a cabin right by the lake, which had a small sand beach that was perfect for our granddaughter.||||We rented a boat for 1/2 of Saturday and Randy let my son take it for an extra hour to find the fish he was looking for. Apparently there are HUGE trout in that lake, that even commercial fishermen go to Crow Lake for.||||The cabin had pretty much everything we needed-other than groceries. It was great and I wish we could have stayed at least a week! I plan on going back again.

Love it! We have been coming for 4+ years and are booked for this summer again. We usually come with 3 or 4 other families and each book their own cabin. We absolutely have a blast. Lake is clear and huge, lots to explore. I've been trying to catch one of many lake trouts that everyone else has been braging about, and am yet to snag one....One of these days, I hope...Hosts are great, always there to help if needed.

We did a girls weekend away here this summer. It was amazing. The cabin was well maintained, the owners were super duper friendly. The dogs were great. Kayaking and canoeing and not far from some good restaurants. Can't wait to book again!

Great owner, great vibe, and beautiful spot! ||||Went up last minute for a girls weekend and Owner Randy accommodated us and any last minute needs we had. Levi the corgi comes and greets you when you first enter the camping lodge, Levi is awesome. ||||Was such an awesome location, water is crystal clear, great beach and docks for swimming. ||||Highly recommend!!

It's beautiful cabin and lake. I stay the cabin every year with family. The owner she is a very kind and warmhearted.
