It's not often that I come across a motel with this many issues, thankfully. The staff upon check in were very friendly, no issues there, although they did not have any record of my reservation. |As a frequent traveller, I value sleep quality above all else. It was very poor. The bed was hard as a rock, and had one of those crinkly mattress protectors? Why? Makes me wonder what's under it. Sheets were stained, gross. The furnace is on the wall between the rooms, and I think it woke me up every time it cranked on. Unbelievably loud. Thank god it wasn't any colder! I used my own pillow. |Other things: coffee pot doesn't work, it makes a lot of noise but water isn't moving through the machine; the bathroom sink is aggressive, spraying water everywhere; when the furnace turns on, it shuts off the bedside lamp somehow; a dish cloth of some kind would be great if you want me to wash dishes, not a chance in hell I'm touching that sponge.

We were not familiar with the area and booked at this motel for the price. When I called to book I was quoted $99.00. I booked for two nights and asked three times if $99.00 was the total for both nights. Upon sign in I found out it was per night. ||This was the long weekend and we were stuck here as there was also a family reunion going on in town. The staff are very friendly and try to help as best as possible, English is very hard to understand.||The room was clean excluding the stains on the armchair. The toaster doesn't pop up so if you are not watching it burns the toast. The plug beside the sink is not a default so it's against building code. The plumbing in the bathroom is terrible, I could only get scalding water from the shower so needed to fill the tub with cold water from the sink to cool the water to have a small bath. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

nice and clean and very friendly big size rooms and comfortable and all main floor entrance in regards to the staff they are courteous and helpful and excellent place to stay even kitchenette unit is good too

This is a decent motel in Hardisty. Not a place to go on your family vacation, though... OK for work / business trip if you are not picky...||||Inexpensive||Reasonably clean||Acceptable single rooms w/ TV, fridge, microwave, some have toasters and A/C...||Free continental breakfast (on the low range of the quality scale)||||They have two buildings, so the one close to the "Close to Home" eatery would be better than the one where the office is. It is obvious that the buildings are quite old, however they've made some renovations. ||||I've stayed there twice and would stay again.

Let's see...No coffee in room. Electrical cables frayed and frankly a little terrifying. Nasty hard beds. Moldy bathroom. Dirty walls and no daily service, they don't even empty the garbage. Stay anywhere else...the back alley maybe..

It's OK for the age of motel. The price could be better for this type of accommodation. No satellite TV. Has noisy Furnace.
