My father is a resident of Heart of the Valley and he receives exceptional care. Our family is grateful everyday for the wonderful staff and the kindness they show Dad daily. They have become a vital part of our family. Thank you from Fred’s family!

I am seriously shocked someone gave Heart of the Valley LTCC a one star review. This is the one institution which had no cases of Covid during Covid!!! The staff are beyond friendly and kind. They treat my Dad with respect and dignity. His room is nicer than a four star hotel and this is not an exaggeration. They have therapy dogs. Everyone who works there really cares about their patient care. The staff encourage participation and I have been most impressed as putting a parent into LTC is a stressful event we all want to avoid, as we worry about their happiness. My Dad constantly praises his accommodations saying how nice his room is and he has a window which looks out on a gorgeous courtyard with flowers and trees. I am at ease knowing my Dad is probably in the best facility not only in the Annapolis Valley, but in Nova Scotia. Nothing but high praise for Heart of the Valley!

They are very mean with employees and also they give food to their residents is totally garbage nobody even eats properly.
