Nous avons séjournés dans la maisonnette "The chancel". ||L'employée à la réception est amicale.||Le chat des voisins est très amical. ||L'intérieur est bien. ||L'environnement extérieur est très décevant. ||L'état du BBQ est désuet, pas de bonbonne de gaz et les grilles de cuisson sont très sales. ||La maisonnette est voisine d'un "car wash" et devant une cour de triage de train et une autoroute, très différent des photos sur le site web.||C'est beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité de l'offre.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans le petit cottage que nous a proposé la propriétaire de ce charmant hôtel . C’était romantique , chaleureux et cosi .
Cheminée , bain à remous .. bref tout pour le bien être des touristes de passage .

We had a great stay in the Main Turret room. Staff are super friendly and the room was cute, fully stocked with extras, a jacuzzi, your own patio and off street parking just outside. You even get a walk through of your room as you arrive. Well worth stopping by. Thanks.

An absolutely unforgettably wonderful experience at this lovely, beautiful little Inn!

The girl at the front desk was so warm and kind and friendly and inviting, and she walked us through the Inn, and up to our gorgeous little Hiker room, which was so quaint and perfect.

The shower was immaculate, the water was hot, the bed was comfortable, the fridge was cold, and every morning when we woke up, the entire Inn smelled of coffee and fresh cinnamon buns.

I must recommend this Inn to anyone staying in Drumheller for any length of time!

Perfect for couples, quieter folks, or people traveling solo!

Highly, highly recommend staying here. So amazing.

We absolutely loved our stay here over the Easter long weekend. The hosts were so kind and gave you a lot of privacy so you feel at home but also like your on a romantic private gate away!

We stayed in the main turret room and it had lots of space, its own entrance, a over jetted jacuzzi tub (works for 1/2 ppl), a private deck area (great for playing cards), and a queen sized bed. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice!

Also really nice that there is a common area with games, coffee and tea all day and some biscuits!

Would absolutely recommend this place. Was the best part of our trip!

Had a lovely stay in the Upper Turret room for our 10th anniversary. Really beautiful, really private. Better than the pictures, and the 2-person bath area was fantastic. Looking at the reservation site’s thumbnail images of the Cottage and the Dormer, I think we’ll have to come back again. Maybe even bring the kids. 🤔

Just about to head to the reasonably priced breakfast, which brings me to another point:

Hard to put a finger on, but you can just feel the lack of greed at the Heartwood Inn. Most other chains would have ~2x higher surge prices for weekends or fancier rooms. Here it’s like $30. Appreciate knowing there’s still good people out there. 👊 ❤️

I really appreciated the consideration and generosity of the hosts. We'd mentioned in our booking our allergy to pets (they are pet friendly) and requested a room that had no pets right before we visited if possible. Upon check-in they immediately offered to upgrade us to another room because a guest had a dog right beside the room we were booked in. The room was very nice. The only issue we had was that the host uses some kind of scent in their laundry for the main bedding. Mostly this isn't an issue for people, we are just really sensitive. Most big chain hotels don't use scented laundry products for this reason. I'm not marking the hotel against this, I'm just letting others know in case they are sensitive to consider bringing at least their own pillowcase or similar to help mitigate. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

I see that I am not the first guest to love the Heartwood Inn! The room was lovely and well-appointed, the hosts are very friendly and kind, and the outdoor spaces are welcoming to guests. The location is perfect for touring Drumheller, and you get to come “home” to a comfortable, cozy space. I would recommend the Heartwood Inn to anyone traveling to Drumheller!
