I enjoyed my visit to the Helen Schuler Nature Centre! The upgrades are impressive—it's inspiring to see the building now LEED certified, showcasing sustainable design with features like a living roof and solar panels.

The exhibits are engaging and educational, perfect for visitors of all ages. The staff are friendly and passionate, eager to share their knowledge about local wildlife and conservation efforts. The nature trails that surround the facility are beautifully maintained, providing a serene escape into the outdoors.

Wonderful nature center that includes learning for adults and children. They even have a wonderful garden rooftop where you get to enjoy the view. During the summer season, children can attend outdoor sessions and learn about nature. Trails are also possible.

The Helen Schuler Nature Centre what a great place. This place is great for kids to explore and learn new stuff about plants and animals. Don showed us around and took the time to talk about all the different type of activities was great. This place has very clean washroom facilities and fun facts on the walls. There are two water fountains and you can also refill your water flasks. I enjoyed checking out the art work that must of taking a lot of hours to create out of paper. Photos don't do it justice.
This place is must see and it's basically Free. Thanks again Don for giving my wife and I a tour through Nature!

Helen Schuler is an amazing place to be in the River Valley and walk around nature. The exhibitions and activities at the Helen Schuler Nature Centre are also really good and the staff is amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Highly recommend this if you are in Lethbridge.

Such a beutifal river valley and fantastic marked maintained trails

The staff at nature center are very pleasant and helpfull.

In winter when everywhere else is icy. I can always count on the trails near here are professionally cleared from snow and ice. Thanks city of lethbridge!! I had a great, safe , ice free walk with family.

An engaging community hub. They have a program for youth this spring - finding birds’ eggs they have marked on a colourful sheet.

Considering the visitor centre is closed due to COVID-19, I found this especially impressive. The views of the Bridge from here are stunning.

Lovely outdoor auditorium/stage/seating area for performances during regular seasons. I hope to return when able!

This was an interesting place to visit.
KAITLYN, JOCELYN and the nice volunteer, DAVID, made our visit extra special with all their help and information of the area.

There was a movie one could watch; things for the kids to do; and they even had a living roof with a homemade game available.
Not too far away was another building which used to be the coal mine.
This building was so interesting with all it's information and with machinery from way back when it all started in the 1800s.

Friendly staff. Cool things to play with for kids but some of the interactive viewing near the front didn't work for us. The only thing that could make it better is if we got to see a bit more wildlife stations.
