What a professional operation! Great pre-flight facilities. Trouble free process. An amazing way to travel. Special thanks to Quinn. That was our pilot yesterday. We had a great chat with him and he even invited us to to come down and check out the helicopter before our flight. He says he spends as much time doing photography of passengers as flying!!! We recently flew from Vancouver to Victoria and were extremely happy with the level of service and professionalism of the staff. As first-time helicopter flyers, we didn't know what to expect. A friendly agent greeted us, checked us in, and graciously made an adjustment to our booking. We greatly appreciated the light snacks and soup options. When we arrived in Victoria, the shuttle was waiting for us and took us to our hotel in about five minutes. Top-notch service from beginning to end—highly recommended!

Love traveling on Helijet. Later in the day there is beer options while you wait but would advise the small can because you don't want to be denied boarding! Lol.

I have flown to Nanaimo and to Victoria and it was great. Staff are all very friendly and great views as you travel at a lower altitude than the various seaplane services. If you are flexible on your time the fare saver rates are more reasonable, those are the ones for me as they are affordable.

Downtown to downtown service with shuttles, perfect for me.

Great customer service and complimentary refreshments. Arrived in Victoria in half an hour. The pilot and co-pilot were very professional providing us with clear instructions and making sure we had earplugs.

I recently flew with Helijet, and it was an outstanding experience! Unlike BC Ferries, which can often be delayed and overcrowded, Helijet offers a quick, comfortable, and reliable service. The staff is professional, and the flights are smooth, making travel between Vancouver and Vancouver Island a breeze. That said, they really need to lower their prices to make it more accessible. Still, highly recommend!

Awesome staff and crew. Time is money and you can usually get a pretty good deal to fly. Throw in a nice selection of complimentary snacks and alcohol, definitely worth the money. Not sure how they do it for as little as $130 one way, all in!

While I have had minor checkin issues at times, the overall experience, has been generally positive. There is a great deal of emphasis on the costumer experience. They are very accommodating with their baggage policy and try their best to make it work for you with no additional costs. I consider them a luxury transport service provider and recommend them to those flying from or to the island, to try their services, at least once. If pricing is an issue, they sometimes have super savour deals on their website which comes in handy.

Most civilized way to travel from downtown Vancouver to Nanaimo. I was warmly greeted upon arrival then offered complimentary coffee, freshly baked cookies, and a choice of wine or beer. The ride itself was fast and smooth. Loved my experience.
