We had heard of this place and decided to check it out for the scenery plus the food. The restaurant is inside the First Nations area and the food reflects that. The scenery of the restaurant is also spectacular

We started off with the bread and also got the meatballs
the bread was good and I am told the meatballs were excellent! We then got the burgers, the fish and chips and veggies. Portion size was very big and flavor was good.

Overall great service, fantastic atmosphere, big portion size and decent flavor

I ordered the pickerel. It was not properly cooked. I got jilt because it was 1/4 of a filet. â˜č and deep fried. There only one way to cook pickerel is through it in the frying pan.

Ordered to go so can't really comment on the atmosphere, but we got the good friday fish n chips, and everything we ate was delicious! Portions were well worth the money, definitely worth the drive from new Sudbury and we'll be going back again for sure!

What a wonderful place. Beautiful views, friendly staff, delicious food. I had this place on my list of “want to tries” for a few years when they were a food truck. I finally caught up with them at this gorgeous permanent location. I had the fresh pickerel dinner- it was perfectly cooked. My daughter had the salmon casserole- she couldn’t finish it all. The bread pudding and blueberry cobbler are not to be missed. 5stars- we will definitely be back!!

I really enjoyed my dinner. I had a burger and poutine. The fries are fresh and not frozen. Yum! It was a great place for our quiet date, though it will probably get very busy now that the temp dropped and it snowed like crazy. Posted up-to-date menu.

Friendly service and very clean restaurant. Ordered a couple of poutines to go, and service was pretty quick. Poutines were good size with lots of cheese and gravy. However, the gravy was not the best. Menu items seem a bit pricey, so be prepared. Lots to choose from. The view here is beautiful and love that they have a patio.

Was too busy l guess on a Friday, let me sit there for 45 minutes before coming to take order. Food is good but will need to get alot more organized before the big groups start showing up on the weekends. Will need to be open up and downstairs with more wait staff.

Absolutely loved the food here!
Favorite by far is the bannock pudding with fresh blueberries!
Both waitresses were so kind on seperate occasions, the fuel pump on the lake is easily accessible and has a very modern dock with bumpers for newbies like myself. The attendant at the pump had finished her work for the day and a man came in 20 mins later and she still helped him.
Kindness if all over this place. Will return next year.
