I was stopped on the shoulder of highway 28 to check on a stuck mellow motorist to make sure they were okay. One of the people who worked for this company pulled by and started being very rude. Saying the man who was stuck should be left there and saying people like him is going to get other people killed. I then asked this guy what his problem was. He stated it is unsafe to try to help him which is understandable and said he was already helped prior and in which he got stuck again. I get deeming it unsafe but he also said some people who can’t drive should be left where they are and was overall being unnecessarily rude. This company doesn’t seem so customer focused and seems to treat people poorly for no reason. This guy didn’t even bothering to try to the help man in any other way like maybe picking him up and bringing somewhere safer. He just resorted to leaving him stranded.

Didn't use their service however I watched one of their drivers pull up and park across the fire lane in front of the Fort Saskatchewan Shoppers Drug Mart, blocking most of the lane that enters the parking lot, and pile out with their family, yelling at someone who drove around them as they got out, again because they were blocking the main lane of traffic in front of the store which included the fire lane. If this is what their drivers think is acceptable, I wouldn't recommend their services.

My vehicle was recently impounded, and all my essential items, including my phone and the required documents for the vehicle's release, were inside. The owner of the impound lot was incredibly understanding and went out of his way to help me. Honesty and respect play a significant role in situations like this. Sadly, it appears that those who have left negative reviews about this business are self-centered and entitled, overlooking the genuine efforts made by the owner to assist his customers.

I had a flat deck trailer stolen from my fathers property, that was subsequently recovered . The RCMP Phoned to let me know who had the trailer and what I needed to pick it up. My father ended up picking up the trailer. This predatory towing company provided him with an outrageous bill , but what choice did he have . They have the trailer if you want it back you have to pay the bill. Now lets deal with the charges , and just for clarity the property where the recovery happened was less then 20 km from their yard. They charged $300.00 for the tow , even though it was an unloaded flat deck trailer that they hitched , no cradle, no hoist.
Then they charged a $30.00 fuel charge (for 20 km)
Then an administration fee of $100.00
Then a gigantic $80.00 a day storage fee for 12 days
Total bill to have the trailer released $1291.50 including . G.S.T
We were called by the RCMP on Wed trailer was picked up on Tuesday . Tried to pick it up Sat but they are closed, although that doesn't stop them for charging you storage. Long story short this is a predatory company that tries to take advantage of people in a vulnerable position. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. I have also contacted the RCMP to notify them of the situation and my hope is they take him off their list and never use him again. And just to be clear I am not the type of person who bashes other companies online with negative reviews , but i felt I had no choice but to say something to stop these people from doing this to anyone else

Wow.. before i phoned I read the reviews and couldn’t believe how poorly people spoke of this place until I contacted them myself . I was absolutely blown away how disrespectful the man answering the phone was . I asked the gentleman “Hey how are you doing today “ his response was “what do you need “ I told the man what I needed he hung up on me . I then drive to the physical location to talk to the arrogant man behind the phone . I arrive the 11:00 in the afternoon Friday oct 27th there gates locked . I phone the number on the gate yet again he answers the phone “what do you do want “ . And no help was given and was hung up on again .

The RCMP notified me a stolen vehicle was being held at this location and for me to visit the lot and confirm the vehicle had stolen items from me inside of it.

All I needed was to walk in there lot and confirms the stolen items were mine .
Hiway 28 towin couldn’t even have a conversation over the phone let alone unlock there gate to help me .

Call Titan towing if you need any towing or vehicle services save yourself the poor service and communication.

Nothing special about the situation just a vehicle break down, but the service was great from Nathan.
Arrived, loaded, and transferred to my desired location quickly, safely and professionally. And he was very nice to talk with!

Called and asked for help with an off load. Obviously didn't want to help. I asked him about distance to redwater told me to look it up on Google maps. definitely not customer driven. Told me to call his competitor instead for an easy job of helping a guy unload. Thanks for the great customer service. But that's ok. He missed out on a 300 dollar job that took the guy 20 minutes.
