The hotel is in very much needed reno! The room was safe the bed nice much better than expected. The staff friendly.
The resturant food was not speical. It was a very good value to food amount provided and taste. Much like fast food of the type but better value than most places.

Carpets are stained in the building, bath tubs look like they were painted a few times and are being chipped away around the drain. Beds feel like they haven’t been replaced in 20 years, they have a sign out front the says( newly renovated) I think that’s an absolute lie. I could hear the couple next to me either talking or arguing they weren’t even talking that loud but I could hear every word. If it were me I’d stay clear of this place and spend the money at the place down the road.

Strong smell of mold. The smell is so strong that i felt sick the next day. The place is disgusting and should be avoided at all cost. I stayed in third world countries cheap hotels at 8$ a night and this is by far the worst places i ever stayed.

Decent rooms. Might wanna bring a power bar and 10 foot extention cord as there are only 2 plugs in the room. Beds are OK but might wanna bring own pillows. Found once you let the hot water run for 10 minutes on full blast in the tub, that there was good hot water supply. This is the perfect rooms for those guys working out in valleyview.

The room was very very cold. I had to bundle up to go to bed. The WiFi is horrible. It kept cutting in and out throughout my stay. So did the phone service. 1 bar to 3 bars in just a couple inches. The bathroom was disgusting and I really didn't want to take a shower in it. And to top it all off, the bedding smelled like rig dope. No where near clean. It was absolutely disgusting. I will never be coming back. The only good thing I can say is the front desk lady was very kind and very helpful. That's it.

Had to stop for the day. This place was the first one close to us. Not being able to do any research we would of gone somewhere else. The room had been updated and it looked like maybe it was under new management. But lacking dearly in the little things like a hairdryer or even a plug for one. The floor was new laminate but some pieces were popping up. Had to run the heat. The bathroom was okay but the walls need a good cleaning. The restaurant is now Chinese food , not bad but not great. ||

I have been staying here now for 2 months because myshower ny is paying for my room. I've seen bags of garbage left in the hallway, a big pile of dog crap left there all weekend, and the place is just dirty. I have a do not disturb sign on my door yet the housekeeping still knocks on the door in the morning and sings songs loudly in the hallway while supposedly cleaning. They rarely vacuum the rooms and when they do turn it on it sounds like a ton of dirt being sucked up. I left my credit card on my night table by mistake one morning when i went to work and when i got back it was stolen. I can't get another one for 12 days in the mail and have no other money. ky shower faucet leaks water and the temperature changes freezing me or burning me depending on if someone else is showering. My room was so cold they have portable heaters which are ran from extension cords in the hallway since only one plugin works inside the room which is severely overloaded. My room is very dark since no lamps work and i have to use the bathroom light to see. My toilet flushes every 45 sec on its own so i had to get a knife and turn the water valve almost completely off. Now that the weather is warmer its too hot in here and the AC blows out hot air. I can't turn down the heat in my room since its always on so i have a blanket over the vent. I ordered wings from the resturaunt since it said wing night every wed. They told me I can't get the deal unless i ordered it from the sleezy bar which was full of drunks. I just wanted to get them to take to my room and eat in peace. I ended up paying over 30 bucks for my hot wings and when i finally went to eat them they were low quality and plain with one or two drops of franks red hot on only one side of the wings. Worst hotel ever. What a dive

In the middle of winter the room was unbearably hot, yet the windows don't open. Black mold in the bathroom. Closing the bathroom door causes the roof to flex. Only two outlets in the whole room meaning microwave, tv, fridge, coffeemaker, fan, and lamp were plugged into one outlet using one of those unsafe splitters. The lobby smelled like stale alcohol. The bed sheets were stained and scratchy. Pillows were well beyond worn. The bathtub/shower was gross. Had to wear shoes in the room since bare feet stuck to the floor. Found beer bottle caps from the previous guests in plain sight, making me wonder if they actually clean. Avoid if you can.
