My fiancé and I stayed here, this week to celebrate his birthday and are 1 year anniversary! The hotel itself was so nice and clean and was just the get away we were hoping for 🫶🏻 the hotel staff and house keepers and front desk ladies and gentleman were all so helpful and so nice and welcoming it was a joy to spend the night at this location! We will definitely be coming back!

I’ve travelled all over the world, including 3rd world countries, and this is by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Other hotel guests were noisy and kept me awake from the moment I arrived until 4 in the morning. The only reason the noise stopped was because the police arrived. Hotel staff and security were entirely ineffective. The only saving grace this hotel has is that their front desk staff are some of the nicest people you’ll meet. Otherwise, I would never stay here again even if the room was free.

I've stayed here several times. The staff have always been incredibly helpful and friendly. My room has always been clean and cool with the air conditioner running ahead of time. They are not militant about breakfast portions and if you have to leave earlier, they'll help you out with a little go bag. Of the many Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed in, this is probably my favorite.

We used the hotel facilities(pool) and by the time we came outside, someone had attempted to steal our vehicle and was still out in the parking lot. Visibly on camera, stalking the other vehicles. This caused over $3000 in damages and a $200 tow bill. Another customer had their vehicle stolen 2 hours later, which was recovered because it had GPS. Security would be strongly suggested and more cameras, parking lights. Keeping’s the customers property safe. The staff was polite, but we will not ever stay here again. Unfortunately, our valuables are at risk. Good luck in the future.

Don’t stay here! I have travelled a lot for work and pleasure and this is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was noisy from the moment I arrived and until 4 in the morning. The hotel staff and security were ineffective and police had to be called to get guests to quiet down. And the jacuzzi tub was broken.
The only good thing about this place are the front desk staff who are the nicest people you’ll meet. Otherwise, I wouldn’t stay here if you paid me to.

I booked a standard queen room with two queen beds almost a month in advance. We were checked into a room with one king bed and a pull out couch. I requested the proper room but was told there were no queen rooms available. I asked if the pull out couch was decent and was told "oh yes", but they gave me an extra blanket to put on the matress just in case. The matress was aweful, i could feel every spring and the bar that goes across. I had to sleep length wise at the very top to avoid the bar so my back wasn't in pain. I told them of the horrible sleep and was offered nothing.
