Wow what a pleasure staying. The rooms and all common areas are super clean, lovely. Staff were amazing all around. A special thank you to Darlene, the up front manager. Darlene helped us with a special request for a room, she emailed us personally. We had decided to stay an additional night, Darlene kept us in the same room even though they were busy on Saturday. How refreshing it is to have personal contact with someone that actually cares. Darlene is amazing, thank you.

Nothing bad to say about our stay! Pool area was so nice and bright. Waterside was fast and fun for the adults too.

Everything was very clean. Check in super fast. Breakfast was great, ingredients for eggs Benny even. Convenient from the #1 highway.

If I had to be picky I would suggest better plastic cutlery, they were so thin the fork and knife hardly worked. But really, if that's what I'm having to mention obviously we had a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend!

Stayed here one night near the beginning of August. Everything was great! The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. The water slide was lots of fun for the kids and the hot tub was quite nice. The staff were just wonderful. Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. Will stay here every time 🙂

Stayed at holiday inn express in Moose Jaw for several nights at the end of June-July. We really enjoyed our stay in a quiet, clean, comfortable hotel. The manager Darlene was a huge help and was really a standout at this hotel due to her going above and beyond at each step of the way

Our check in went seamlessly with Darlene checking us in herself and offering to sort out the paper work once we had moved a bunch of our stuff into the room.

The hotel had ample parking with no issues arising from not having a space available for our vehicle or our trailer.

Room: 5/5
Our room was clean, comfortable and updated. We had zero complaints about anything in our room.

The bed: 4/5
I thought the bed was fantastic but my wife found it maybe a bit on the soft side. This obviously comes down to individual preferences.

The pool/hot tub: N/A
We didn’t have a chance to check this area out.

Overall we would highly recommend staying at this hotel for business, leisure or travel.

We had an amazing time there this past weekend with our youth ball team. Darlene was so kind and welcoming from the first phone call to set up the block booking, to finding our team a few extra rooms after the block had expired. They never made us feel like an inconvenience or a bother (most hotels seem to hate kids sport teams). She set aside the meeting room for us without me having to ask.|Rooms were spacious, it's nice to find a hotel with king size beds and they were very comfortable and soft.|Kids loved the pool and slide, parents enjoyed the hot tub.|Breakfast was good, lots of options.

This was a very clean & pleasant hotel. The room had great blackout shades and a very comfy bed. Would've been a perfect room if it had a handheld shower wand.

The free breakfast was great. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Overall a great experience and wish we could stay there every night of our journey.

Hotel appears to be "newer" with nice rooms and modern lobby. Very clean and well kept up. Pool with slide was great for the kids. Breakfast (included) was quite good and the kitchen staff were so nice and hospitable; Darlene at the front desk was extra sweet to our kids. Will definitely be back when we pass through next!

This was the best experience for me in all my hotel stays. Clean rooms and well maintained hotel.

Breakfast had variety of choices and all day coffee was hot and full whenever I needed.

Other holiday inn locations should live up to this standard.. but they did not... North battleford was not even close to the exceptional service and condition of this one in moose jaw. Well done to all the staff there
