Le ménage est fait chaque jour malgré la situation avec Covid. Un seul bémol, le petit déjeuner pas assez tôt lorsqu'on embauche de bonne heure aux pétrolières de proximité.
Ce que j'ai apprécié, c'est la petite attention que le service de ménage a su détecté par mes choix de consommation de café. J'avais régulièrement celui que j'aimais. Et enfin, c'est très calme.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Sherwood Park, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From check-in to check-out, the experience was seamless and enjoyable.

A special shoutout to Rita, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Her friendly demeanor, professionalism, and genuine care for guests set a high standard for customer service. She made me feel welcome and ensured all my needs were met.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was spacious, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location is also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and staff were excellent! From bringing us extra towels and blanket to boosting my frozen car! Campbell went above and beyond to help boost my car in -40 temps! And he wasn’t about to give up!! Thank you all, I will definitely recommend you others!

Another excellent stay at this hotel, Hotel is always clean, refreshed, rooms are always clean and clean, beds are comfortable.

The staff are super awesome....They are always checking to see how I am, if I need anything, When I checked in Rita called up after a bit just to ensure my room was how I would expect it to be....Campbell and Manis are always checking in and so friendly....Dariia always has a wonderful smile in the mornings at the breakfast room and ensures items are always stocked in the trays...

The hotel and staff score a perfect 10 for friendliness, professionalism, and caring attitude.....This hotel is always my go to hotel when Im in the area....10 plus stars Sherwood Holiday Inn!!!

My stay at Sherwood Holiday Inn was awesome! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I would like to recognize Campbell for a quick checkin he did a great job and was well mannered,

Darlia for a very friendly morning greetings and smile each morning at breakfast and ensuring we had everything we needed,

Sarah at front desk for checking on us to make sure all was well for our stay and Manish for a quick and efficient checkout...All staff were very friendly, courteous and showed they really cared for their customer needs...

The hotel smelled so fresh throughout the lobby, elevator,hallways and room. Room was very comfortable and clean. Our stay was very relaxing, thank you Sherwood Holiday Inn for a very positive experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying when next in the area again. V.JONES

Most amazing relaxing tubs ever. I am not a small person but i still had toom in the tub.|Shower is super powerful and my favorite part of the stay. |Huge bed and everything you need for a working station.
