Pas de restaurant dans l hôtel.||Chambres standard sans rien de spécial . Couettes un peu légères donc il a fallu monter le thermostat de la chambre . ||Il est ok pour une halte sur la route.||A 5 min en voiture il y a un restaurant Mister Mikes, ou le service et super sympa

The hotel was extremely quiet and the staff were all very kind. We spent 2.5 weeks at the hotel and were extremely happy with our stay. The first room we stayed in had an older ac unit that stopped working, however, the staff quickly switched us rooms so we had a newer ac and we had no issues. When the tub was slow to drain (probably from my hair) they had it fixed the same day I told them about the problem. The shower head has excellent pressure and a nice spray. Overall we were very happy and will be back!

If I could give zero stars i would. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. When we checked into our room, we found dirty sheets, bed bug traps, and stains on the walls. The shower was filthy with hair and other people’s belongings left behind. To make matters worse, there was food scattered on the floor. We were horrified and immediately asked for a refund, but the staff rudely denied our request. Management clearly does not care about the wellbeing of their customers and should seriously consider finding a different profession. This place is a health hazard and a complete disgrace. Stay far away from this nightmare of a hotel!

The staff at this hotel were extremely professional and helpful. Good facilities, breakfast was well above expectations. Well maintained gym and room facilities were very good. I slept well in the very comfortable bed. Wifi was excellent.

We spend 2.5 weeks at the hotel and we're amazed at how quiet our room and the hotel was in general despite the hotel being mostly full. We had issues in one room with an a/c unit as it stopped working, however the staff quickly addressed the issue and put us into a new room with a new a/c unit. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

We weren’t even there for a night, we were there for maybe 4 hours in total and we discovered stains in our room, other peoples belongings in the bathroom and dirty sheets. We called the front desk and they gave us a room change where we discovered more stains all over the walls, stains on the bedding, hair in the shower, bed bug traps under the mattres and food on the floor.

When I went to the front desk and requested a full refund i was denied but we did not even use the room, we basically unpacked and then packed everything back up.

I am extremely disappointed in my stay and how the customer service was severely unprofessional.

Friendly greeting by the desk staff when checking in. Had a couple of laughs. Great guy! Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay there again next time I'm in Slave Lake.
