I stay in hotels well over 100 days a year. Often Holiday Inn. This is probably the nicest Holiday Inn that I visit. All of the front desk and breakfast staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The rooms and property are as you would expect. It is the people who make it exceptional.

Check in was friendly and super efficient. The entire property was spotless, from common areas to our bathroom. The breakfast attendant was exemplary and so helpful with my celiac gluten restrictions. The fact it was an impromptu stay due to a highway closure and the location was extremely busy with last minute stays didn't phase anyone there.

The staff always ensures you feel welcome. Check-in ad check-out was seamless. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The general manager always goes it of her way to say good morning!

Room upgrade to queen, automatic side to member status; however this meant our third person ended up on a pull out sofa instead of a bed.

No ho tub advertised, however there is a Hot Tub that’s full of ice cold dirty water(why?)

Members and other guests pay premiums to stay at Holiday Inns, why is management not making sure things like hot tubs are working.

Staff, awesome attitudes and willing to help or go out of their way to help guests.

Rooms were well maintained and beds very comfortable. The breakfast was very good also.

The woman who checked me in at the front desk was very friendly and had a great attitude.

I always stay at this location when I'm working in Whitecourt Ab. The staff is very welcoming and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that some of the shower heads are getting lots of scale build up and don't spray very well. Some rooms are alright and some are not. I think I've stayed at this hotel 18 or 19 weeks over the past 4 years and that's always been my only complaint.
